Noiser than a tractor. After sales is a nightmare. Some company faults and no support from honda india nor dealership.

So we bought a honda city believing in the famed honda quality and reliability. Little did we know it's more of a fiction than truth especially when it comes to current gen of honda city cars. We've had numerous issues with the car since ownership. WE'VE BOUGHT 2 CARS IN FACT. Both purchased at the same time from the same dealer landmark honda in Ahmedabad. Both have had problems. Some of them are company faults which neither the company is willing to correct nor acknowledge. Servicing is a nightmare. Both our cars are v model diesel and both are noisy as hell. In order to cut costs honda has done some cheap work which has resulted in terrible experience for the customers. Numerous times we've followed up with dealer as well as honda india to no avail. If i wrote about all the issues in detail it would take up a lot of time and space here. But in summary let this be a note to potential honda buyers that right now honda quality and reliability is a thing of the past. Brands like maruti and tata have gone up while honda has gone South. If you are unsure about buying a honda then don't. If you are little inclined towards honda check out other similar options you are not gonna miss anything. If you are a honda loyalist god have mercy on you. Regards.
