My experiene with Honda Service.
Read news article that Honda is about to recall Honda City cars manufactured between 2010 - 2011 (If I am not wrong) for defect infulator (air bags) installed. Car which I owned manufactured in 2010 immediately called and confirmed that infulator should be replaced. I took car and confirmed with service engineer that they replaced with new and more efficient one.
Two days back I got call from Pride honda and from Delhi number saying passenger side infulator not replaced and surprisingly they suggested that it was for our safety and should be replaced immediately. Honda team confirmed only driver side infulator was replaced when i took car for change. They didn't update or tell me that passenger side infulator was not replaced. I felt everything fine and took my car to home town four times and to Bangalore once. For gods grace nothing happended if some thig had happened they would have taken responsibility?
Honda cares about driver what about passengers in car? if something happened. That means they should be taken care by god not by Honda, that's what I understand.
Now I feel Honda is cheaper then cheap cars available in India.
