It is a serious matter of harassment by one of the Honda Car Dealer "Courtesy Honda", Okhla New Delhi.
I bought a Car "Honda City IDTEC Top model" on 30th April 2015 from Courtesy Honda Okhla. They given me the car around 8 pm by saying that car is checked and perfectly allright and hence you can take the car without any inspection. I took the car and as soon as I reached home, i realized that "Sun Roof of my car was not working" the next day I called on the showroom on the number given at their booklet packet and informed them about the issue. They said to sent the car to the showroom but they never sent anyone to pickup my car. As i don't have any free day expect sunday, so i used the car as it is and then on my First service of 1000km i sent the car by myself to "Prime Honda Vaishali". But they also was not able to correct the fault and asked me to send the car again for 2-3 days atleast. Then, after more than a month i even didn't get my car Permanent number and "Registration Certificate" from courtesy honda. My temporary number expired on 30th May 3015 and upto today i.e. 8th June 2015 they have not provided me my car "Registration Certificate". Due to the non-availability of the "Registration Certificate" and Permanent Car number after the expiry of temporary number, i suffered heavy penalities. Now, after various complaints at Honda customer care number and also at courtesy honda showroom. they again took my car yesterday i.e. on 7th June 2015 for sun roof repair but they damaged my whole car. They putted scratch on various parts of the car body and damaged the back bumper of the car. and also unable to correct the fault.Still my car is in their workshop and no response has been received.
