1. The buying experience was good. 2. The riding experience is average because of the soft suspension the car moves more than usual need to be cautious. 3. For me looks scores full marks I liked the looks, it's better not to talk about performance because it's so underpowered you know I personally feel Honda ran out of money and now they made a shit gearbox and poor V-tec engine which doesn't feels like v-tech and where as the car vibrates in the first and in reverse gear, 2nd gear of this car is like a dead one better they remove it because when the car comes to idle and you give the throttle it just doesn't moves at all even to the worst the engine rpm goes to 550 rpm. Very very very disappointed. Where as CVT gear box didn't has any such kind of issues and car pulls Good when it is in 'S' mode. I do not recommend this car for driver Enthusiasts . other wise you will get disappointed like me. 4.) Service is something I didn't experience yet and I heard Very positive opinion on Honda service and I need to check once. Pros and con's:- 1. ONLY for families not for youth or for the one who wants to drive with enthusiasm. Engine never put your face on smile and you don't get disappointed either sometimes it works when you cross 2k+ rpm but that takes some time where your activeness dies. It's an Ivtec-e and VTC combo engine which is much like a (power + economy) pack but here it's stands on average stage. No one can help now . The throttle is slow to respond sometimes engine revs even your leg was removed from the throttle. Turbo lag is very well contained. 2. Only for comfort and you get very average features Even in VX don't expect features like Maruti Suzuki d'zire. its better to buy "S" or "V" variant best value for money variants. take vx is only if u want cruise control, touchscreen on vx is very very poor its better to get aftermarket one that has good resolution screen than that one, speakers are also average. 3. for smooth and silent ride. it is four star rated African version car the Indian version doesn't felt as 4 star one. I may be wrong only in this point. 6. Fit and finish of the car is average it's not good at all. Plastic quality is also average not as good as Hyundai one. overall - its an average car with 18 km/l petrol mileage. Here what disappoints is you will spend 9.5 lakhs on road for very Less features.

I have driven nearly 9000 KM and find nothing out of place or worth cribbing about. But, if I have to, I would say, the driver's seat legroom is a bit of a squeeze for a tall driver. Else everything's fine. Great fuel economy for a petrol engine. I get 21 km/l on the highway, with A.C. on- at 80 km/h with cruise control on and just one person (i.e. driver) on board. Looks Good. Interior is spacious for its class. Value for money car.

Bought this vehicle in Jun 2020 when the lockdown was relaxed. Never opted for Maruti due to its brand. Hyundai and Ford(owned Ikon) due to maintenance and durability being on a higher side. Blindly chose Honda as owning a City 2012. Got the delivery in 2 days. Amaze looks like a mini Honda City from the front. This car is good for city driving. I bought the top end VX Petrol and gives an average mileage of 15.5kmpl in city traffic which is good. Gear shifting with short throws makes the Amaze excellent to drive. The steering is bit tight than the other Honda cars and the clutch is hard as well. The 2nd gear pick up lags but once shifted to 3rd and 4th, it gets thirsty to be revved. Tyre is skinny and hence caution needed while driving at high speeds. Tyre upgrade recommended if you are a regular highway commuter. Missing some important features like LED Projector headlamps, No Driver side Armrest, Spare wheel not alloys, no Auto Headlamps, etc where Honda has preferred cost cutting. Car is equipped with all features in top model such as ABS, Airbags, Touchscreen audio, Reverse parking sensors, electronic ORVM, keyless entry, Push button start and stop, including Cruise control which is a plus. A good buy at a price within 10 lac. Service intervals is once a year. Completed 1st and 6th month free service. Honda's maintenance will not burn your pocket unless there is a need for part replacement which is rare. I can say this as a owner of Honda City.

Pros 1. Comfortable 2. Good ride quality 3. Zero noice inside cabin 4. Will grab attention on roads Cons 1. Not good ground clearance 2. Service network not that great 3.Seats fabric quality very poor. 4. Suspension doesn't work good in potholes and bad roads.

I bought my car in 2020. I am having a good experience in driving it. It give me mileage of 14.5 with ac in city like Bangalore and on Highways it's 18.5 with ac. Cost of maintenance is less. Honda needs to update it's music system.

This is worst car I have ever owned. Every month there is some issue in this car and we have to visit dealer every month for multiple problems. Don't buy this car and go for better options. No pros only cons. This car is a total mental harassment. My car has broke down multiple times in middle of road.

Great mid range sedan segment of 7-10 lakhs. Car worth every penny, good features & perfect for a family. Con - 110 nm torque is bit low Honda should have given at least 125 nm & 99 bhp. Perfect car for city drives & runs smooth on highways but if you apply more force on the accelerator then it feels a bit slow & low because of torque & bhp.
