This car is under-powered

The pick up of the car is very low. We will struggle to go smoothly on steep roads. If the road is too steep, the car may get stop. Once it gets stop and off the engine on the steep slope, it is will be very difficult to start and move once again. I took the car to the showroom and reported this issue of stopping and getting stuck on the steep area. They said that they scanned the car and found no fault with. But the problems remain as it is. This car is underpowered. A/C vent at the front-rear seat came out. It is a common complaint of Amaze 2018.
