I bought this car on Dec 5 th 2018 from Hans ford chennai Titanium Diesel , completed 4000 km till now, all are long journeys(guntur to chennai). love this car. cons - less boot space and head lights focus is dull. and i have faced few minor issues like liftgate closing issue and vehicle pulling leftside in highway (thses are common in new car)in service we can cleared these issues(wheel balancing and alignment issues). in top speed like 160 we can hear road noise more(this we can ignore bcas we dont drive that speed always ). pros- punchy pickup milage im getting 19kmpl average (tested with fuel not with fuel gauge) my top speed 160 and no vibrations. awesome breaking (tested in all conditions)

Ford Forever. Bought this car in March 2019 and have driven around 14000 till now and I can say only one thing that no car in this segment or segment above can deliver this performance. It's pity that now they have to tie up with Mahindra and Mahindra to survive in this competitive market. Riding handling fit and finish everything is so perfect that you enjoy every time drive this beauty. I have been driving cars from last 15 years and I have driven TATA HONDA HYUNDAI M&M and MARUTI but Ford experience is absolutely delightful.

* Ok, will start with the car first. The good bits : 1) The car is very good looking and stylish. Along with that it is a very practical car with a ground clearance of 190 mm 2) It is one of the most powerful cars you can drive in. The power to weight ratio is astounding. You literally take off in an instant. The torque is also very good. 3) Is a driver's car in true sense 4) Good safety features The bad bits : 1) Poor boot space 2) Ford customer service and support 3) Available only in Titanium and Titanium+ variant !! ( Dealers do not offer Ambiente and Trend variants. Its only on paper !) In spite of being a very good car, it has not been able to do good sales numbers because of poor customer satisfaction from ford. Ford does not make the buyer feel confident and comfortable enough to invest in their products. I personally tried to purchase this car but could not because they are not interested in selling lower variants. I wanted Ambiente model, but they said you have to buy Titanium only as other models are unavailable ! Can you beat that. I wrote to Ford head office in chennai as well but received a lack luster response from them as well. Hence decided to drop ford cars for good, since a good car is not enough, you need to back it up with good customer support as well.

This is my third "Ford" vehicle after Fiesta & Figo. Once you start driving Ford, you do not find any other vehicle which stands in comparison to it... be it in any segment. "Freestyle" is amazingly Powerful with Beautiful Aesthetics, Strong Built, Best in class safety features and ground clearance. The mileage is also excellent. Don't be the part of herd mentality and feel the difference once you own it. Priority should be Safety and Value for Money. The things which Ford should add to make it more comfortable are Driver Arm Rest, Dead Pedal and Luminous Power Window buttons. Overall 4.5/5.

Initially was little hesitant about buying this car, after my friend insisted me to go and have a look I was instantly impressed and booked the vehicle. I purchased the diesel version. Riding experience was very good as it has clear road view, suspension was very good and good ground clearance. Storage space was little less, but internal seating space was very comfortable. IT has ARP (Active Rollover Protection) which is very helpful while making the sharp turns without reducing the speed of the vehicle that much. Looks wise it is very good and since it is first of its kind in India a CUV. Servicing has not yet been done so couldn't share much info on it. Initially I was little afraid about the mileage as the showroom people told initially you will be getting less mileage until first service is done. But, unfortunately, it gave me a good 18.5 average mileage within city as well as highway even before the first service. Cons I dont see much in this price segment car. My suggestion instead of going with Swift, i10 or 20 its better to go with this vehicle...Best wishes for others who are going to purchase a new car

Great car to drive. Powerful. Great to drive on highways. It clings to ground while driving. Giving mileage of 18 in city for 1.5 diesel. Boot some what small. Suspension is hard. Little jerky on bumpy roads. Looks are good. Can be improved in terms of boot space, better seats, rear design. Next version may so made to look much different from Figo.

I bought this car during the month of September initially I was fixated on ms Baleno or Hyundai i20 active so after driving freestyle it's punchy performance took my heart so I booked it. After 1st service, I am getting 15-17kmpl for a city and in a highway, I am getting 18+ kmpl with AC. A suspension is on a little softer side which absorbs all the bumps in the road. Off-road credibility of this car is good I took it around muddy uneven forest roads. Overall better car as for as cons concerned no led DRL, no projector headlights, android auto is std only in titanium plus model

I own vw myself but my friend own this car, I drive it 200 Kms on a trip to kedarnath n believe me this is a Perfect car in this segment, awesome looks, best ride experience for me in hill area, off road and in very bad roads no problems very powerful. I never owned a ford car in my life but after driving it I am planning to buy this car. Ford offer so much in this price segment. If you are planning to buy a car between 7-9 lakhs I suggest you to take a test drive of this car once, you'll love it.
