      I bought it in the month of July & almost reached 9000 kms. Every drive has been a fun one. The car's handling and feedback is great. The new dragon series petrol engine is icing on the cake. Of course it's a three pot engine but it has enough grunt to put a smile on your face. Service of 10k coming up. Will write about my service experience then. The initial 2k check up service had no issues. Best buy for enthusiastic drive under 10 lakhs. Pros. 1. Best handling and feedback. 2. Pricing 3. Safety features viz. TCS/ARP. 4. Infotainment system 5. Ground clearance Cons. 1. Lack of rear headrests (now provided in current models) 2. Interior plastic could've been better.

      I got my car on 30th of November. Already drived 3000+. I tried and tested many cars. But this car won my heart. It won my faith over swift, ignis, I20, amaze, tigor. It's an am azing car. Mileage is good. It can be great if you drive it with feather touch acceleration. My car is due for service. I already got 17kmpl mileage. 80% I drived on highway. Their are some issues too. When you drive it on speed breaker where your speed is little more, their is a sound in front. May be of front bumper. It has good ground clearance. So this shouldn't happen. Also steering tilts to left side. Wheel alignment is not proper. Even of a new car. Rest all good.

      1. Buying experience was good. I checked this car online and bought this by transferring money only without even seeing it in real. That much faith right. 2. So far I have driven about 2600km and enjoying it. I could not have enjoyed more at any car of this price range. 3. The looks is quite good looking, looks solid built and quality is incomparable with other brands of this range. Very strong, smooth especially in hilly area and while overtaking others you'll feel the difference if you have driven other cars. Only problem I m having with it is that window from driver side is not working properly. 4. So far I have gone for servicing, but planning to go soon. Maintenance, cannot say much about it now but spending quite an amount in petrol. 5. Pros: (I) ground clearance of 190 mm, very good for going off road. (ii) infotainment system with touch screen display. (iii) functional roof rails. (iv) parking sensors with rear view camera. (v) good safety features with good performance at this low range. Cons:- (i) milage is quite low. Average only 16 km (ii) electronic problems with my window and sometimes with infotainment system.

      Purchased as new and like it very much , very good car with good features and great ground clearance for rough roads. Riding , controlling is excellent. Looks like foto but overall a great package for me . Maintenance and servicing cost is normal ,i think cheaper then other cars os same size. Pros . Ground clearance Handling and driving Smooth engine. Cons Not so much

      Initially was little hesitant about buying this car, after my friend insisted me to go and have a look I was instantly impressed and booked the vehicle. I purchased the diesel version. Riding experience was very good as it has clear road view, suspension was very good and good ground clearance. Storage space was little less, but internal seating space was very comfortable. IT has ARP (Active Rollover Protection) which is very helpful while making the sharp turns without reducing the speed of the vehicle that much. Looks wise it is very good and since it is first of its kind in India a CUV. Servicing has not yet been done so couldn't share much info on it. Initially I was little afraid about the mileage as the showroom people told initially you will be getting less mileage until first service is done. But, unfortunately, it gave me a good 18.5 average mileage within city as well as highway even before the first service. Cons I dont see much in this price segment car. My suggestion instead of going with Swift, i10 or 20 its better to go with this vehicle...Best wishes for others who are going to purchase a new car

      This is my third "Ford" vehicle after Fiesta & Figo. Once you start driving Ford, you do not find any other vehicle which stands in comparison to it... be it in any segment. "Freestyle" is amazingly Powerful with Beautiful Aesthetics, Strong Built, Best in class safety features and ground clearance. The mileage is also excellent. Don't be the part of herd mentality and feel the difference once you own it. Priority should be Safety and Value for Money. The things which Ford should add to make it more comfortable are Driver Arm Rest, Dead Pedal and Luminous Power Window buttons. Overall 4.5/5.

      Buying experience: The buying experience at Ford was quite fine, not that bad. I did face some issues while buying my Ford Freestyle like I asked for adjustable rear seat headrests, they were not agreeing on that before but I however managed to get those. Delivery was on time.
      Riding experience: Before Freestyle I was driving i20 and I can tell you this car is much better than i20 when it comes to ride quality, handling and almost everything. The car stays very stable on bumpy roads, there's hardly any body roll. Perfect 5 star for riding experience.
      Details about looks, performance etc: Looks very bold & rugged, this car is an absolute head turner.
      Servicing and maintenance: I'm actually upset with the Ford maintenance as since I've bought the car there is a left side pulling issue in my car and just 3 months into owning this car I have visited the service center 5 times for the same issue and the problem still persists.
      Pros and Cons: I love how the car looks, I love its practicality, it actually offers features of an SUV like ARP, Traction Control, Hill Launch Assist. I just love driving it. I don't like some fittings & finishing, but you can ignore them for what other amazing things the car offers. And yes the left side pulling issue just sucks VIG time.

      It was December 29, 2018... I got a chance to test drive this car. In my life before that I just driven 5 kms in a four wheeler. I don't know from where all the confidence was coming. It was mid in the afternoon. I was behind the wheels. Irrespective of a learner and I was before informed that it was not a test drive vehicle. Everything noted in the brain. When the engine started and it moved on. There is a long lane near my house. Where the car was pleading to rev hard. That what i sensed. I did that. The grunt and the sporty throttle was worth appealing. I felt like I was inside a sports car. Not only that the ESP was all what was giving full confidence. It had everything which lacks in a 12-13 lakhs car. It might not have got led drls, it might not have got sun roof, it might not have got the appeal through advertisement, what most car brands do to sell their products. The company given its full effort to even let a learner like me that yes something more can be done with that. Jan 6 it was delivered. Next day me and mom wnet on a long drive. Holy mother on the highway I was much confident to ride it at 130-140. My mom was comfortable. And she was enjoying the ride. All my research on cars had finally given me the best. So it's a car enthusiasts piece. Don't get emotional with suzuki and other brands, which just sells by changing the body and letting u be in vain that u r buying something special. ESP, TRACTION CONTROL, HILL HOLD ASSIST, SO MUCH OF CONFIDENCE WHAT ELSE YOU WANT

      I have already written a review here after 1st service. Now this is between 1st & 2nd Service. The handbrake is a total failure, the car rolls back or moves forward in a slope more than 45degrees. Had my car rolling forqard and hitting a bike ahead damaging the front bumper and fog light. Fuel smell seeps into the cabin right after refueling. During the service I have been told that the issue is common, what a failure!
