Ford showroom and service centres are very good and they try to make you feel special all the way. The car is a pleasurable piece of engineering. Right from the pickup, cruise experience to small attention to detail like steering wheel controls and passenger comfort, once you ride a Figo you will not want to drive anything else.
The only con that I felt is that sometime you will have to wait for parts for a long time.
