Purchased a Ford Figo (2015 model) three months back and drove almost 11000kms, and two tyres have got flat at a time while driving. BY GODS GRACE NOTHINHG HAS HAPPENED AND NO ONE INJURED. Complained to cauvery ford-Bangalore and they had forwarded it to APOLLO TYRES. Now the apollo person is saying that they can't do anything as there were cuts on the tyre and these doesn't cover under warranty. Asked why this has happened, they said due to rim pressure and break impacts and pit holes this will happen. Is there any road in INDIA where there are no pit holes or can we drive without applying heavy brakes. It totally shows that the quality of tyres provided with FORD INDIA are of low quality which doesn't withstand any pitholes or break impacts. Recently observed in the showroom that most of the vehicles are fitted with MRF ZV2K tyres instead of Apollo. BELIEVING THE QUALITY STANDARDS OF FORD I HAD PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AND I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS. GETTING FRUSTATED ON MY FOOLISH DECISION OF PURCHASING A FORD VEHICLE

Exterior New styling looks pretty neat compared to swift but when it comes to road presence not appealing as much as hyundai i20 ( bit costlier one). Rear end styling could have been little more better, this doesn't mean it is bad now.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is awesome thanks to long wheelbase, audio system performs well, thanks to steering mounted audio controls no need to take eyes of road while driving. Bluetooth function added. microphone for calls could have been placed on top of driver instead of in centre. Plastic quality is average & easily succeptible to dust. Seats are comfortable but when it comes to long drives, driver seat could have been provided with lumbar support. Gear lever area is quite broader
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good. with AC on while driving in towns have to lower gears for overtakes. Currently getting mileage of 13 in town & 15-16 in highways. Gear shift is smooth & no hard effort needed
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is excellent. With groung clearance of 174mm bumps & bad roads don't make much impact inside. Handling with EPS requires minimal effort.
Final Words Overall it is a good car to go for. When you are considering alternatives, with this features I'm having in trend variant now, you need to spend minimum 35,000 more on alternatives.
Areas of improvement Mileage & power output could have been better. Plastic quality.

In Ford Figo i believe it has the most specioous car among the I20, dezire i10 or with its competitor. Its the champion in space and comfort that the heavy military persons are recomending this car. So you can guess what it offers. And off course its needs a little improvement with a Media Nav which lakes in its top model too.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Regarding engine its a good one rather its very poor in the picking time. The petrol engine behaves like the diesel engine.very poor in picking up due to its some locking sensors. Gearing is very smooth and i have touched 140kmph without lagging or shaking that means balance is good too..... And some extend economy should increase a little more coz its city milage is 13kmpl only.
Ride Quality & Handling
Riding Quality is best in its class. better then the competitor in its segment or from the comfort of Hyundai and Maruti. Very easy to handle and power is good. Its comfort level is very high from its AC and Music system and more to exp from it.....

Yup.... Its a car of comfort and style. Value for money and feels better when other do like ur decision what you have buy.
Areas of improvement
The car need to improve in its pick up. Coz u never like to stay paused for your late and slow move in the heavy traffic.
style is excellent with its high comfort arrangementPick up is very poor and it is the only lacuna of the car

Exterior Look fantastic, Fresh and Prismatic. Very good design.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) You Feel like a big car andy very nice interiors . there is nothing or a single point of design is nasty. Ford did a good job.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox This is ultimate, Once Turbo is on you cannot control you adrinaline rush. You Feel very steady and rigid on at high speed and you can see somany class vehicle trailing behind you :). Milage it is Good if you give up to the rush then you can get it maximum and economy mode will assist you for shifting proper gears and make sure you are on good milage conditions. Feel Ford is making best rally drives in tihs world. This Vehicle also not an exception. You will find the driver in you on this vehicle in all means. Ford is Ford and that DNA is diffrent.
Ride Quality & Handling One of the best in this class and its upper. You will not feel and body rolling on hair pin bend . I tried this vehicle on Waynad hills and the result is ultimate.
Final Words Trend TDCI is the ultimate model, You cannot get this kind of super poer pack Car in this price tag. You are Owning a Ford on this cost that is ultimate.
Areas of improvement ABS on lower varients. adjustable back seat head rest and they can put an option for 15 inch. Also Ford can introduce a Sports Version of this car with 15 or above inch tyers. Ford can introduce a Diesel Automatic. Also they can chage the turbo of this Car from Fixed to variable Geomatric.

Exterior Overall look is good & the front grill also has some attraction.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space at fornt & back are enough. though gear box position can be a bit problem for co-driver. Seats are comfortable aslo.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox With AC on, I get around 12Kmpl & I have just driven over 700km. Gearbox is ok but the steering is very easy to use. It's very easy to take sharp turn with such sleek steering.
I have the 1.2 petrol version & some experts say there is a small lag in pick in low rpm, but its normal at this price range. In traffic or highway though, it hasnt kept me behind any i20 or swift.
Ride Quality & Handling In highway, I went upto 120kmph max & the engine had no problem at all. It's very easy to take sharp turn with such sleek steering. Its a pleasure to drive with this car in traffic actually.
Final Words Spacious cabin, easy to handle, good fuel economy, dual airbags from base model, superior look. At a price range of 6-7lacs, its a good car.
Areas of improvement Interior material quality can be improved at high price range.
