Exterior FAR BETTER THAN OTHER RIVALS.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Practically perfect place to be in with most powerful ac in segment, theatre like audio quality with nice connectivity and a very roomy cabin which swift doesn't offer.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Supremely refined diesel motor with great fuel economy, gearbox too very nice. Overtaking is just a breeze.
Ride Quality & Handling Great ride n handling, feels like Hyundai when driving it around the city thanks to light steering, gains weight gradually with speed which offers you very high level of confidence doing triple digit speed without any fuss.
Final Words As I said if you r definitely a car lover, believe in driving n resale is not a big concern (getting more of less 50000 bucks) u should definitely go with it. It has more than worth of your hard earn money.
As I practically feel if maruti have been making the figo then nobody would prefer to buy swift as it has a very lazy ac, cramped interior (especially second row n boot), stubby exterior, same mileage with underpowered diesel motor.
Areas of improvement Start/stop button, 15 inch wheel will enhance overall personality.

Car not started. All time it creates problems. Servicing is too costly Parts are not available in nearly located place. Parts ar also very much costly. So I think this car was not good option.

Exterior Excellent from design! The car looks and feels premium!
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Plastic used could have been better. Otherwise it's very neatly done. The cabin feels very up-market.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 1.5 Tdci feels like heaven! The car reaches 150 kmph in no time and can be pushed till 170-180 kmph. The gear box is exceptionally smooth for a diesel car. I feel the odometer and MFD is bit small. I have driven almost 500kms and in general the CITY AVERAGE IS 20-21 km/l and HIGHWAY it is around 22-23 km/l. In a nut shell it feels better than i20 elite crdi when it comes to power, economy and ride quality.
Ride Quality & Handling Pretty good. The suspension is very nice! cabin is nicely insulated. Electronic steering is very very light at low speeds and is very manoeuverable, although at higher speeds it feels bit heavy. But it's fine. The AC is very very powerful! Lots of leg room! The ride quality is top notch! Ford my dock is awesome to use !! Amazing!
Final Words As compared to i10 grand or swift this car is a WINNER in all departments. I was confused between i20 elite and figo, and after doing a lot of research and test drives i chose figo over i20 elite, and it's worth it . It has more features than i20 on a 8 lakh budget. Plus, figo is 1.5 lakh cheaper than i20 and comes with 6 airbags !
Areas of improvement More promotions of the car. Plastic quality can be improved. Dual tone interior could have been better . Adjustable rear neck rest.

1. Buying experience- The buying experience was excellent. Kairali Ford did an excellent job.
2. Riding experience- Riding experience was horrible. The below par engine was horrible to ride, it doesn't have pickup despite having a 87 bhp engine. The pickup is criminally bad and very hard to overtake. The other car owners were making fun about my selection.
3. Looks and Performance- The car has a good look but my god the performance is horrible. Below average fuel economy, 8 - 9 km/l in city is just unacceptable. I started using Uber instead of this useless car since that is much cheaper. I don't if Ford company really drove this car because the performance of the engine and pick is really bad.
5 Pros- Apart from the look nothing. Cons - poor engine performance, poor mileage, hard to overtake, never buy the petrol variety of this car. Please I did and I am suffering, please you guys just escape.
