Exterior Superb design. Honda city, Volkswagen or any other car in this sigment are no way where near to it. Excellent sporty look.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Best in its class. Huge leg space, family comfort, nice controls for driver.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is simply superb. I touched 160 for few min. and the ride was so smooth is beyond words. Steering is totally stable. Fuel economy: City - 10+, Highway: 14.87 which I believe is very very good for a car of this class.
Ride Quality & Handling Beyond words. Thanks Ford Family. Very very stable at high speed and on hilly roads as well.
Final Words Go for it buddy if you want to enjoy the drive & give pleasure to your family without thinking much about the resale and fuel economy. Live in present as present is a Gift!!! in other words. FEEL the Difference as it's Different!!

Exterior Exterior is something to watch for you will smile everytime you see it it looks a car of about 15 lakhs range when you see it first.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) All features even voice control is present and for people thinking of it as very high price do see the comfort and features they are providing you int he very basic model i.e fiesta style.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good peroformace although it does not have turbo charged engine so the pick up is not that good but I do not require it as well p.s traffic is something to watch for good fuel economy and gearbox has is just little common.
Ride Quality & Handling Good quality plastic used and handling is its peak point handling of this car makes the car worth it.it is actually a drivers car you are gonna enjoy every parrt of driving.

Areas of improvement Ford need to look into the market for the other cars in the same category and then should re-arrange the pricing or it will be another example as Honda JAZZ had created in the market for being over budget, and people are not so crazy about the brandname as compared to feature and value for money in the market,
Final words FORD need to comeup with little aggressive pricing instead of keeping the base model @ EIGHT plus ex showroom.
As we know Honda City is also facing cost factor in the market and have dropped price by 60 + k , so keeping the trend in mind FORD also need to look into the same sooner than later else we might see another car going down because of cost vs value for money.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Dear Friends I would like to share the recent ordeal faced with my Ford Fiesta Car which just about completes 02 years of purchase. Considering the age of the car I was surprised to having being faced with such a situation. The same was put on records with Ford.
Yes on 28-Feb-2012 my car had stalled on my way to office. Called up Customer Care Planet Ford and this was very well handled, totally satisfied with the excellent service. I must appreciate the way the car was towed to the Service Station, i.e the sophisticated crane which was used. The team had a look at the car and had found out the Clutch was totally damaged and needed replacement. The same was replaced serviced and handed over to me.
What was very disheartening to note that I had to face with this unfortunate situation, considering the life of the vehicle? Further this has really taken me by surprise when I had to make payment of `9175/- towards replacement / repairs carried out. Further I would like to mention that previous to this car I was driving a Maruti Zen for 10 years and did not face any incidences of breakdowns. I was expecting the same, in fact better experience considering the make of car. But this has changed my opinion totally.
What I was looking from Ford was support from their team to investigate as to why this happened? And also to compensate the amount spent. But in return what I get was a reply from Ford Customer Care simply stating that there is no defect in the part this was due to bad driving, technically terming it as overriding. This came to me as another shocker making me feel more disgusted. I once again responded to them stating that this is not the issue and one should not get away with this so easily, what’s more is that I was told by the service guys that one should avoid using the clutch continuously ( to be used only at the time of changing gears) . In the first place why would one do this? Further as stated I am not a new driver? But of course considering the traffic snarls, road conditions one faces, driving back to back there is no alternate but to use the clutch. It only goes to show the poor quality of the part which cannot take care of day to day issues with Indian conditions.
Wanted to understand from my dear friends if they to have faced similar or other issues with Ford, and of course to all my new friends who are looking to purchase a Ford to Please ! Please !!! think again. Thank you for sparing your time in going through my ordeal.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Poor fuel efficiency / I had aproch two time the delar for this problem but still I am facing the same problem for fuel efficiency as low as 14 km per ltr is not as per assurance given by company I had driven 3300 km already.
Ride Quality & Handling I had send my car to service on 2-1-13, I had make the notice to service engr for my compaint they does not fulfil my compain or sole them as my satisfaction this maention in REGISTRATION no NAJ2XXMRJ2CR IN THIS SHEET I HAD 5 COMPLAIN AND NOT A SINGLE COMPAILN IS CLEAR IT BY ENGR.
AFTER THAT SERVICE MAKING THEY DOESN'T CHEK THAT THE PERSON IS DELEVERD THE VEHICAL AFTER SOLVING THE PROBELM OR NOT AND THEY ASKED ONTHER DAY AFTER MY ENQIREY FOR THE SAME THEY ASKED ME TO COME ONTHER TIME AND SOLVE THE SAME.
IN THIS MATER I HAD TO SAY THEM AND YOU HOW THE PERON IS IN RESPONSIBLE AND WHO PAY FOR IT FOR MY TIME A HOLE DAY AND FUEL [40 KM THE WORK SHOP IS FROM MY PLACE ] AND AFTER ALL WHY I FACE THIS PROBLEM AFTER BUYING THE VALUABLE CAR.
Final Words I AM NOT SATISEFIED WITH FUEL EFFICIENCY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE IN WHICH WAY THEY RESPONSE AND FURTHER IF YOU WANT KNOW MORE PLEASE CALL ME THANKS.

The car looks very sporty. In styling its way ahead of competition like vento,Verna & Manza and well comparable to LINEA.
The Risky feature is (many other car makers are also not bothering) Front Indicator placed between front Grill & headlamps is NOT visible with headlamps On, in Fog, rain etc. It should be on side curve (like LINEA, Dzire, Manza)
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Dash board, instrument cluster give fresh feel. Front seats are very comfortable. A lot should have been done for rear seat. Rear seat of even a B segment hatch like VISTA is much more spacious than New Fiesta
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Only DIESEL engine is worth looking. Ford Petrol are big drinkers. Though slightly bigger in size, Diesel engine pumps out same power as LINEA & Manza. Expect the performance same like other FIAT 1.3 MJD run cars like Dzire, LINEA, Manza etc. Gear looks tight, not as smooth as LINEA, Dzire or vento.....more like Manza

handling is good, like LINEA given its tyre profile is also same as Linea. front seats ride is enjoying, rear not suited to long journeys

Ford should trim down prices to below Rs.8 lakhs may be for less featured versions

Rear seat needs to be more confortable. Please change the location of front indicators. They are not visible specially with headlamps in High beam

Exterior Sexy, Bold curves, Aggressive stance.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Compromising on the rear seat space, dashboard noisee. Best features in the class. Super comfort. Underseat box lets me keep my laptop in it. Bluetooth contol makes me listen to my favorite tracks wirelessly. The interior color could have been a brighter one. Dark grey is boring.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Gives me 26kmpl in city, 32 on highway. Worth a buy.
Ride Quality & Handling Superior than all its competitiors, Reaches 120 in barely 11-12 seconds. Steering is sometimes tight. Handling is superior. Sometimes you might wish to curse ford on the small Stepney tyre.
Final Words Worth a buy, nothing beats it. I've raced this beast against City, Vento, Verna, Ecosport, XUV500, Sadly nobody could compete to my speed. Calls everybody through voice command, sets the temp. through the voice control, Superior bluetooth, Controls on Steering, CRUISE control is the best feature. I use it so often, Set it, forget it.
Areas of improvement Only the noise of dashboard which develops after 30000 kms, and steering bit.

manual transmission perfect, engine performance feels like a sports car, fuel economy either sports car or city car it depends on you if you can control yourself within a fox fiesta to slow it or make it faster...engine is faster than higher cc or displacements, it has noise but its just normal, "redlining" 1.4 fiesta can give u a 7-10km/l based on the display

either high or low psi tires runs great, needs long run to warm up those coils and springs, can easily powerslide or conquer any corners

hoping for cheaper parts & services, "to the ford motor company!"... also hoping for swaping 1.2 engine to my 1.4 here in the philippines 1.2 "might" give u a lot of sales

Good styling and looks, front shape is excellent but bit odd styling from the rear.

Front seats comfortable, rear seats very uncomfortabe with bad head retraints and very poor space. full of other features . Player cannot be replaced and is built in to the dash. has elcectronic folding side mirrors, cruise control etc

Engine performance, just average and feels underpowevered and yet bad mileage. Gearbox is good with smooth shifts.

Ride quality is very power if you are at he back, very stiff low speed ride. Handling is good . Driving on winding roads is cool. However car being underpowevered handling could be better.

Not worth at all if you are chauffer driven, good car to drive, but feels underpowered.

Rear seat space, rear seat comfort, rear head restraints, improvement in power, better ride at slow speeds, rear shape,width of the seats so that 3 people can be accomodated in the rear etc
