Bad Dealership will cause another American car company to pack there bags and go home

Buying experience: Dwarka Ford is the worst dealership I do not recommend anyone buying a car from them. Even though I was the first one to book a new model Automatic Ecosport before its launch still i was not the first one to receive it. Probably they had someone they had oblige first.
Riding experience: Riding experience is good and one can feel safe riding it
Details about looks, performance etc: Details and looks are really good.
Servicing and maintenance: Unfortunately my car met with an accident and the gearbox was damaged (not the full but can be fixed with some spareparts) it has been more than 40 days and the parts have still not arrived and i even open a complaint with Ford India and still all they are doing sir we cant do anything you have to wait.
Pros and Cons: Ford built Quality is really good, the looks, the Safety. After Sales is really BAD (My Experience with Dwarka Ford is really really BAD and also Ford India wasnt of much help either) Fuel Economy isnt good, Parts really expensive and takes a long time before you can find them if out of stock.
