I Bought this car on 1st Jun 2016 and clocked 31k KM so far, even though the mileage is bit less, comfort wise it’s the best in class and handling on the road is superb.
When I took the vehicle for REPAIR of Engine Wire Harness due to rat bite, I was informed that spare part is not even available with the FORD FCATORY.
It appears that FORD company does not maintain minimum reorder stock to meet the customer requirement.
I am now started wondering did I buy a FORD car or some other manufactures car.
There is no escaltion process all that we need to do is call up the customer care and lodge a complaint.
