Exterior

 If you see at first the back side look will appeal you but the front looks very ugly.Car looks very small from a distance.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Nice interior witjh lot of features but the back seat comfort is bad.Only 4 people including driver can be comfortable.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Ford is known for its diesel engine.So no complain about the diesel variant though the FE is on lower side.The gearbox is smooth but not as smooth as a maruti or honda.

Ride Quality & Handling

 Handling is good till it reaches 80KM/h. Heavy body roll due to high GC and small body.

Final Words

 Overall the product is good if we check other Ford products.But there are many alternatives to this which are very good VFM like Duster/Ertiga/Terrano etc.

Areas of improvement  

 The area of improvement should be on the dealership and ASSC.Also Ford should meet the commitement to deliver the vehicle on time.The increase cost is also addding more frustation to the waiting period where they need to be careful.
