Exterior - all good .top model should come with spoiler and colored mud flaps .
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)- looks smaller as well driver seats is uncomfortable during long drives becouse of low thigh support.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox- engine never gives you feeling for 1400 CC engine looks like 1100 or 1200 CC engine and gear should be more refined , have experinced gear lever stuck thrice

Final Words- its has been three months I bought the car and have driven around 8000+ Kms ownership cost is affordable considering the features embedded , but god knows what it will take for maintainance , have gone for first service to VGO ford guys who themselves was saying you will have regert for buying this car, befor first service mixed city and highway drving arong 15-16 after first service 17-18 Km /Lit. only ford can how much they tuned the car which gave a mileage as per their claim of 32 km /L. got the top speed of 160. no doubt good handling

Exterior The car is extremely well built, 0.7 gauge, unlike honda, hyundai ,Suzuki which are 0.5 gauge. Sturdy and tough body, firm on the road
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very spacious interiors, comfortable for 5, beige interior looks more open and posh. Be advised it can get dirty if not taken care well. Love the music system and features with the price and the range. I mean i dnt think any other make gives these features at the price.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I bought a 1.6 L petrol model.Its very powerful, pick-ups at 2nd or 3rd gear. Acceleration is good, gives Hinda City a run fr money!! Tried it at Highway, run well. Overall powerful engine..
Ride Quality & Handling Ride is firm, car sticks to ground all the time. At , 80-100-120kmph you dont feel car is putting to much effort, it glides well. Handling is good, it has a hydraulic power steering, steers exactly where you want it to steer, even at higher speed.
Final Words Overall a very value for money car in this range + has all the fancy features which you need. I mean i bought it like yesterday, cannot say this is my final verdict but the car is definately very good and fun to drive.
Everybody should consider a Ford Classic when looking for a budget Sedan with low maintenance.
Areas of improvement Certain plastic stuff inside the cabin could have been better, but thats realy trivial for the other features and price that Ford offers.

I am a SE in Hdyerabad. My previous car was SANTRO. Now I am using For Fiesta TDCi - DuraTorq (Limited Edition) - which was offered only for 6 months belfore they launch CLASSIC which is 99% equivalent to CLASSIC with features of SX version like Tilt Stearing, Driver Seat Height Adjustment, Special Seat Covers, InBuilt Music SYstem.
Exterior Verfy Good looking car at its price compared Dezire, Eitos.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent interior with beautiful dashboard, switch panel, steering & Gear Liver, Nice seat design. Music System(I am a music lover. I feel I got cash back of 1lakhs Rs. worth by now). The switch panel is designed very well to be sued comfortably.
Seats are really comfortable and you will not feel tirenss even if you drive long for hours. (I had been to Goa from Hyderabd driving alone and was happy reached Goa).
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I love the Fuel Economy that this car gives me. 22 on Long & 15-17 in City(Hyderabad). Now I am getting 15 after I ran 46000KMs in 2years 2months. Purchase for Pongal, 2011. Peformance is quite good at its price and engine capacity. 1400 CC and you could touch 170 KMPH on highway roads. What else you want ?
Ride Quality & Handling Handling, Road Clearance & Control is excellent. I turn 30-40 degrees at the speed of 120KMPH and it won't shake\skid. Ofcourse tyres does matter in tis.
Final Words I never planned to buy a FORD car as the compliants on their Service (Not about the Car) are so many when I researched Or heard. But, as I need a new car in 1 day, I had to take it.
But, I do not regret now as I am a happy user. Overall, this is an excellent car at that range compared to competitors in the areas of Mileage, Interior, Exterior & Comfort.
Areas of improvement Dealers & Service respresentatives should be honest & should be respectable with customers.

Exterior The Car looks grand with alloy wheels, design and the side mirrors.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The bluetooth enable music device capable of handling the mobile phone is best. The Space is far better compared to Dezire and Etios. The leg roam is also good with arm rest in the back seat. In this car 5 person can sit with ease.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Initially, when I look for a Sedan within 10L range I went for Rapid, Vento, Dzire and Etios but finally choose Classic because of the driving smoothness as Ford known to be drivers car plus the Classic model is manufactured in India so the maintenence cost is less compared to Old Ford models and finally the features available in this price range is simply great.
The Engine lags turbo in the initial rpms but once it crosses 1800 its give a good acceleration. I am getting 15-16 KMpL mileage till now and its yet to go for first service. So expecting better mileage after 2nd service or so. The Gearbox shifting is very smooth but only issue found is that the gear box strictly follows the car manuals gear range and you have to shift gears as mentioned. The engine delivers good torque on all the gears.
Ride Quality & Handling As Known Ford to deliver best Ride Quality and Handling, this car is also same. The most satisfying reason for having this car. Can't expect better than this with this price tag.
Final Words Its a drivers car and enjoy driving!!! Roam freely with good mileage.
Areas of improvement It will be good if the car comes with inbuilt reverse parking sensors then it will be sone pe suhaaga.

Exterior Good looking, typical sedan look. Sturdy.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Adequate features though would have loved to have audio controls on steering wheel. Space is adequate at the rear, thankfully does not have the rear hump like Skoda Rapid and Vento. Decent boot capacity. Excellent suspension. Powerful Ac. Upholstery could have been better in the top end version. Not much choice. (Diesel) Engine clutter is quite distinct though thankfully not as much as Skoda Fabia or Vento. Very practical vehicle, ideal for family of 4 or 5. Took the car to Konkan (total 600 kms to and from Mumbai), loved driving the car, great grip on the road, very less body roll. Stable at high speeds. Space in front for both driver and passenger could have been more, even the swift is wider and more spacious.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Underpowered engine. Hence slow pick up. Company claims fuel economy at 32 kmph. I got average 20 on the Mumbai-Goa highway. Getting around 15-16 in Mumbai city.
Ride Quality & Handling Very good.
Final Words At 9.5 lakhs on road for the top end version (with dual airbags and alloy wheels), its worth considering.
Areas of improvement General ford image. Should introduce a more powerful engine.

About sales:
- All the facts are in my trail email to your dealer, in addition to those…
- After receipt of RC card understood, vehicle manufactured in the month of Jan-13. I booked vehicle in July and taken delivery on Sept 13. Will ford compensate depreciation of 7 months on my vehicle.
- I surrendered my old vehicle in exchange on 25th July 13. Still I am waiting for cheque of 35000/- towards agreed exchange bonus; today it is 16 Nov. Will it be appropriate to deal with ford on such terms??
About Product:
- It is 4th time my vehicle is in Talera workshop for repair within 3800 kms.
- 1st time, some noise coming from dash board- KMS 500.
- 2nd time, with 1500 KMS tyre damaged- No any support from ford, just fingered out to Goodyear for warranty. Forget about vehicle, what do you feel if motor of your fridge fails and service technician tell you to contact motor manufacturer and through out his responsibility from shoulder.
- 3rd time, for 1st free check- KMS-3600.
- 4th time, engine gasket failed- KMS- 3800. Found oil leakage from engine. Now the vehicle lying in talera workshop.
- Pls let me know why I should accept such inferior quality repetitively repaired product??
- What a pleasant experience of my new FORD vehicle.
· Within a 6 years and @ 60000 kms use of my maruti Alto I dropped this vehicle to Maruti service centre just for scheduled service.

It's a generation older than others but still looks decent.

Interors are good..No fuss..its spacious enough for 4 and haf people though seats both front and back are smaller compared to others which is bit unesay to sit. Also would have appreciated if they could have offered steering mounted buttons as well. Also to mention AC and Music system both are very good...

Good engine bit frugal on first gear but picks up fast. Mind you one of the best driving machin. You will always be happy driving this machine. Love this car on highways. I get good economy on city 18 with AC and 24 -25 on highways..but i keep a check on my speed. On a normal driving in city you will get 15-16 easily with AC

Ride quality is good enough..will give 4 out of 5.

At 8 and something you cannot get any better deal. Its a perfect car..no complaints...

Exterior No nonsense perfect sedan look... With Rs 15000 added chrome features gives excellent look. Alloy wheels, air bags at that cost. You feel guilty of cheating ford.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very good interior feel. shortage of storage space.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox After owning Palio-2002 for 10 years, it was real challenge to find a car that will not frustrate you on driving seat. But slowly I understood that I have to live with the turbo lag if I want a diesel. I went around for all options within 10L (Fiat, Mahindra, Nissan, volkswagen, Skoda, Hundai, Honda, Maruti, Renault). After all careful test drives I could shortlist some of them but with compromises on features within 10L.
This was the only offer suited everything except its 68 bhp on papers. But the acceleration was amazing. I had three test drives, Last one on Palm Beach Road to check 0-100 which came 17 sec with me on wheels. TDCi can well push back passangers on their seats with 68 bhp. In addition it could accomodate 3 people on back seat which many of new cars are unable to do.
I have driven more than 1000 in last month and got 15.5kmpl. Gears are very strict on ranges 0-15, 15-30, 30-45, 45-60, and 60 beyond you must be on 5th gear. This is bit disadvantage initially, But if you follow this religiously, the tdci rewards you with very good torque on all speeds.
Ride Quality & Handling This is the most promosing part for ford classic. It is a drivers car. You are most comfortable during all maneouvers. I did a Pune trip quite comfortable @ 130-140 kmph. I Added a parking assistance camera and sensors which makes life much easier.
Final Words I am not missing my Palio except for the strict gears and a small turbo lag.

Exterior The exteriors of the car are a discouraging factor for most buyers as they are very basic and not at all stylish. These days car makers are working on making the exteriors look more stylish and this is where this car looses.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The space is amazing. 5 grown ups can easily be seated. Drive quality is good, great suspensions.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is nicely tuned and gives amazing mileage. My car is giving me an avg of 17.8kmpl in the first 2 months. Gearbox is nice and responsive.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality is amazing as you know that you are seated inside that is strong and sturdy (as all FORD cars). Manuvering is amazing.
Final Words I am extremely satisfied with this car. After researching for 2 months on SAIL, Dzire, SX4, Verna Fluidic, SKODA Rapid. I found this one to be the real value for money. Of course the looks are basic but this car is a POWERHORSE. Plus the service of the Ford Staff is amazing (Harpreet Ford- Moti Nagar,New Delhi). Must buy car... you won't ever buy anything else.
