I owned multix mx in end of 2017 and from last 3 months that is in garage as a waste scrap Buying experience was good Riding for the first two months was good and then started the problems as engine issues company will give first two servicing and after that even your vehicle is giving problem they wont give you service for that you your own solve the issue there is no help desk of this company to contact for service issues vehicle parts are also not available if any of part get damaged there is no contact mail for multix mx vehicle i bought from showroom was closed www.multix.in this website was provided by the company and when you search for the website you will get the error The webpage at http://multix.in/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. pros vehicle is good for small business but don't buy this vehicle cons : No service from multix mx company There is no official website for eicher polaris multix mx where other all vehicle of eicher have there own web site multix vechile dint have any help desk or feedback platform waste of money for this vehicle

Exterior  Body of the vehicle is supereb and very comfortable for indian roads those are full of cars, you can slide it and make a quick pass around the palce.

Service, maintenance problem no market value. I was wrong for car selection .spare part problems, service, repair, selling problem.

From outside it does not look like a heavy mini truck, but if you will keep its back panel on its rear it will look and behave like one mini or micro car that have the capability to carry some loads with some passengers too, but after removing its back panel and folding its backseat it makes a lot of space and it acts like a good mini truck on-road that can carry your heavy trades of approx. 1900 Liters, that is very smoothly on-road or off-road as it has high ground clearance like any other mini truck. Multix has BS IV engine with 652CC engine capacity, you can hear the engine roar by sitting inside this mini truck and it does not make any disturbing sound during heavy load transportation. Apart from this, Multix has very good mileage [28KMPL] and can challenge any mini truck in the same category and most important feature of this vehicle is that it can generate electricity. Hi recently I visited Hubli show room ashwa motors I saw multix and was impressed by its looks because being for a business its suits all the need of a business man it can be a car for five person to carry and it can be converted goods vehicle and it also converted generate electricity it is great product from eicher and Polaris and its independent suspension smooth ride on tough roads its true vehicle on Indian roads and its maintains cost is less and its mileage also very good 28 kmpl and its rough and tuff vehicle on Indian roads it is very good vehicle for farmers, bakery, fisheries, poultry, contractors, egg suppliers, fabricators, painters etc etc .

The size of the mini truck might trigger questions about the performance of this vehicle but the engine that powers the truck is of 652 ccs, and it is a diesel BIV engine with single cylinder direct injection natural aspiration.
