Diamond Packed Dung and Hay

Exterior It has a very Cute exterior, tempting for you to get inside.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The interiors are quite good and the color makes the space look bigger. Everythings Great Right from the Ignition till you are on the 4 gear.... Handling, Turning Radius, Pickup I just like it, I have booked spark on 25th Because I had a ocassion at my place and the dealer had promised that I will get the Spark in 4 days. I had kept 2 Days as buffer as I knew somewhere that these people cannot be trusted. But, Nothing Happened as per my expectations. It has been more than 10 days and the Car has still not come. It has not even arrived to their workshop. So the RTO clearence and processing will take around atleast 4 days more.

To add to all this, The Dealer never calls to inform about the delay that is going to happen and keeps saying till evening 1 same thing... The Car will come to our Warehouse by today evening. Same Shit time and again, I am talking about Ashtavinayak (Andheri). Dont get fooled by their looks and the way they treat you when you go to buy a car, the Real journey starts once you have made the payment, Remember to add atleast 1 weeks time to the promised delivery time, It may even exceed a week as it happend in my case. There will be no updates provided to you, You will have to follow up. Pathetic and a very unpleasant experience.. i would say Think twice before you go to this Dealer. Ashtavinayak Goregoan branch staff is more Disciplined and will atleast keep you updated.

I had done proper research before approaching this dealer (Thats what I thought) But, After the scenario I came to know I am not alone.... Ashtavinayak Andheri are  known for Delays, Poor Communication. I have no Problem/Issues with the Car. Car is Excellent... But the Way this is getting delivered. Has made me think that I am getting a Diamond wrapped in Dung and Hay.
