Poor mileage am getting 12kmpl in village and in city only 10kmpl

Exterior Good outlook  and stylish.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious is good inside & comfort of seating.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Its worst and giving to noisy and the fuel economy was very very worst giving 12km.l & hard to change gears as well giving to noisy.

Ride Quality & Handling Handling was good.

Final Words Chevy was to worst brand.

Areas of improvement Need to focus on fuel economy and driver seat height , looking forward for test while giving servce of the car in service centre.

AC Quality was worst and its bulid in front seat focus & in rear seats not giving good quality AC.

We have brought the Chevrolet Sail Sedan Car 2013 Model by Mar'14 & its delivered to me on 24th Apr '2014, We used this car nearly 1800 KM within this KM (3 month's) Usage found the AC Issue on 4th July 2014. Vehicle Registration No : TN 20 XX XXXX. I have registered the complaint in the portal still didn't get any updates, as well we have given car for service yesterday. I heard that its a big issue, how come this can happen within few months is this the quality of the car is worst. Kindly take this in serious issue and diagnose all the important criteria then get back to me, am more worried about the over all quality of the car and its life (May lead huge maintenance).
