Service is poor by sundaram motors in chennai and I found manufacture defect by service centre they dont know how to rectify. I am planning to file a suit against chevy.
It is with a sense of regret that I write this mail to you regarding my Chevrolet Sail. I had bought the car in the belief that it would be a nice car and the promise of Chevrolet's service. But alas! On the contrary I found that this car is not one of the best and there are many shortcomings. Hence I took it to the service dept at M./s Sundaram Motors. They listened to my queries of link Rod and fuel tank jerking. It was returned to me with the link rod duly replaced but without even attempting to sort out the fuel tank problem. I was telling the problem of fuel tank since I bought the car. There was no sincere effort to even test drive the car to find out the problem. I am utterly disappointed with the service offered by M/s Sundaram motors and totally dejected with Sail vehicle. No wonder it doesn't sell at all. With such shoddy service and back up I guess it wont be far to see the back of Chevrolet in India. I am at wits end calling and running for service for a new vehicle. I wonder what would happen if it gets a little old after a couple of years. I am left with no other choice but to refer this matter to concerned authorities and take it up with consumer forum to get justice for me. I shall not stop short of going to court for getting due compensation for the vehicle and the mental agony that I have been suffering since I bought this car. Very soon you would be hearing from my counsel.
