I bought a Chevrolet Enjoy 1.3 LT 7 on June 2013. To my surprise vehicle has been giving me trouble from the very first day. It clocked 4000Km now and this is just the 5th month. Vehicle was with their service centres most of the time. It had more than 10 break downs during the period. I had written to Chevrolet India and their local dealer in Kochi to get replacement for the vehicle. But they are not responding to my correspondences and requests. The vehicle is in totally unreliable condition.
Issues in detail for your understanding
I felt the cooling issues (A/c was blowing out hot air only) and noted the engine sound inside the cabin the very moment I got the delivery. Few days later, vehicle started moving in a very low speed (10KMPH). It works normally for the first few kms on cold start. So I have to stop vehicle every 5 kms for 15 minutes to reach somewhere. Their service centre at Kottayam, Kerala claimed that the issue was due to the failure of fuel injection system with the vehicle and they rectified it. Unfortunately the problem (low pulling issues) persisted after covering 500 KM. After 2 days, the service centre delivered the vehicle claiming that the faulty component had been replaced and vehicle was performing well. But after running a very few KM, I saw the engine light glowing accompanied with the pulling issue and the same abnormal sound from engine. Again with the help of local people I pushed this vehicle to a house nearby and returned back to my hometown in another taxi. The vehicle was sent to service centre as again. After one week, service centre delivered the vehicle again claiming that vehicle is performing well.

Exterior Exteriors should be modified.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Best in leg room, very comfortable for 8 in long journey, very powerfull ac.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is best, fuel economy is average and gearbox is very good.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is good, just a bit of bracking is hard when the car is over loaded also ground clearence should be increased that will lead to best driving
Final Words Chevy has given its best. just a bit of exteriors look improvement is needed and some in ground clearence.
Areas of improvement Exteriors look must be modified, this car is better and the best option against ertiga. i may insist people to buy enjoy instead of ertiga. I am having both ertiga and enjoy and i can tell that enjoy is 1000% best than ertiga.
Enjoy is 1000% better than ertiga, quanto, duster, xylo, tavera and in terms of pricing its an optional for innova, but if you have no pricing problem then innova is the best.

i brought a chevy enjoy this year..ls 8 diesel model.. couldnt have hoped for a better car in my budget.. a very good performing mpv
Exterior -average, front side looks gud and stunning.. slightly average on rear side.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)-
very spacios on the inside.. much better space than ertiga and even innova. very comfortable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox- giving decent avg of 17 kmph on highways (DIESEL) AND 14KMPH IN VERY CONGESTED PUNE CITY
engine is a bit low on power but well compensated in comfort n enjoyable family outings. interiors could be better .
Ride Quality & Handling- handling is easy and convenient with power steering .power windows
also cool. a/c is ok could have been better. tires could have been upgraded bigger. cup holders also very small.
Final Words
- a very good quality overall budjet car.good value for money in this mpv segment
Areas of improvement
exterior looks. and power in diesel models. left leg room space
space is the most imp plus point.. handles very good on highways.. giving a decent 17 kmph on highwarear side look. luggage space

Exterior Its replica of xylo and innova in bit small size than these cars.appealing.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is good with all four power windows including child lock.spacious,comfortable third row with high head room.boot space is also good can have 2 big suitcases and small bags.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine has noice inside the cabin.it should be more refined,pick up,shifting gears is all ok.fuel economy with ac is 12 km/l.i have driven this car 3000km so far and my experience is nice with it.
Ride Quality & Handling It will give you a feel of man on the top.ride quality is good,suspension is nice too.handeling is like you are driving small segment cars for an exp santro or wagon r.turning redius is nice.
Final Words Its my second car after driving wagon r for so many years.it like a kid to me.i will recommend it to all who are looking for a family car.its better than ertiga,xylo,innova.worth the money.
Areas of improvement Not applicable. After such a long time gm has introduced this beauty.

Exterior NO ISSUES WITH EXTERIOR LOOKS. HAS STREET PRESENCE - BETTER THAN XYLO/ERTIGA/LODGY/EVALIA.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) GOOD HEADROOM, GOOD SPACE INSIDE, VERY AIRY AND BRIGHT DUE TO LARGE SIZED WINDOWS - A MUST FOR 7-8 SEATER. PLASTIC QUALITY IS AVERAGE BUT THE SEAT LEATHER IS FANTASTIC - VERY NEAT STITCH, SUPERIOR FINISH AS COMPARED TO JAPANESE CARS. MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR WHY I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE IS THAT TYPICAL STINK IS ABSENT WHICH IS IS IN OTHER VEHICLES - OF THE UPHOLSTRY - WHCIH MAKES ME SICK AND VOMIT. EVEN AFTER BEING A DIESEL CAR THERE IS NO STINK WHATSOEVER INSIDE CABIN. VERY FRESH FEELING INSIDE. NO DIESEL LIKE SMELL INSIDE.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 1.3 FIAT ENGINE IS A GEM. SUPER ADRENALINE RUSH IN POWER ONCE RPM CROSSES 1900 - VERY USEFUL DURING OVERTAKING. I HAVE CLOCKED 20K IN 2 YEARS AND THE VEHICLE NEVER FAILED ME IN THE POWER JUDGEMENT WHILE OVERTAKING - IT DELIVERS. WITHIN CITY BELOW 1900 RPM, THERE IS DECENT POWER - BETTER THAN ERTIGA. I GUESS THIS IS WHY THE MILEAGE IS SLIGHTLY LESS THAN ERTIGA - BUT WORTH IT. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT SO SMOOTH WHILE ON LOW RPM AND AC ON. THE CABIN RESONATES AND THERE SI SLIGHT DISCOMFORT. I HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO SERVICE STATION AND THIS IMPROVES AFTER SERVICE BUT ISSUE COMES BACK WITHIN 300-400 KMS. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGETS GENERAL MOTORS TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE.
Ride Quality & Handling BEING LOW CHAIS CAR, THE CENTRE OF GRAVITY IS LOW AND IT HELPS IN HANDLING THE CAR BETTER ON HIGHWAYS AND DURING TURNING. REAR WHEEL DRIVE HAS ITS PRBLEMS IN POWER DELIVERY DURING SHARP TURNS - AS COMPARED TO FRONT WHEEL DRIVE. THE WHEEL SIZE SSHOULD HAVE BEEN ATLEAST 2" LARGER.
Final Words OVERALL VERY GOOD CAR FOR FAMILY. I HAVENT FOUND ANY OTHER CAR YET IN 2 YEARS THAT MEETS OR EXCEED THE EXPECTATIONS THAN MY ENJOY.
Areas of improvement TRANSMISSION COULD BE MADE SMOTHER, WHEEL SIZE TO BE LARGER, FRONT WHEEL DRIVE WOULD BE BETTER.

Exterior Looks good and overall boxy and like a touristy car
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very spacious, easy to move around even the last row. Open airy feeling and very comfortable in all rows. Plastic is very rigid and kind of puts you off but hope to compensate with more bought out features to be added such as parking camera, bluetooth, navigation system to compensate the missing ones against the savings on cost. Excellent AC especially in the rear as well. Good feel of the music system which can be enhanced with newer ones.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine was really comfortable to drive, even on the 5th gear up a flyover, touching 80-90kmph easily. Fear with all the peppiness comes the poor fuel economy which would be a tipping factor. need feedback on this.
Ride Quality & Handling Very comfortable, smooth even on bumps and handling was very good and stable.
Final Words A sure value for money. Ride is excellent. Wonder what is the mileage to be achieved.
Areas of improvement Change of tyres to size 16. Much better interior features. Hope the mileage is 15 in the Diesel version.

Exterior Looking like small hatch back car on highway from front side view.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It is first car which gives all power window and rear air conditionar blower even in a basic model.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good pickup and has given chavy promise up to 45000 k.m.
Ride Quality & Handling Lack of setting side glass miror from inide. You have to open a window for the setting of side glass miror.
Final Words I have purchase enjoy LS disel model just on 10th december, 2013 it's too early to say final result of overall parformance.
Areas of improvement Chavrolet has to be improve the material quality of dashboard because it has just a mm thickness layer of black fiber on inside self white colored fiber which can't be conted at the level of Bajaj auto ricksaw. It can be unstuck like paper And then dashboard look very ugly. I am very dissappointed by this because the dashboard is main part of any car's interior.

Exterior Good more color variant should be given.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride for 6000 km in first year of purchase except wiper function horn function I enjoyed ride with enjoy.
Final Words Better option to Ertiga.
Areas of improvement Grea box movement,Head light, Horn, Chevrolet should monitor there service center staff and there effectiveness as i found that they are eager in completing free services fast, In my first service i have given compalint for Horn and wiper motor but issue was not solved i am not sure that service center is checking vehicle except engine oil/filter and car wash.
Service center in Rajkot is far away from city i thin there should be 2-3 service center in city of rajkot against the population 25 lacs.
Real issue of service center.

I am a fully contented customer for the last two year.a wonderful "ejoyable " SUV. most suited for a joint family. Superb interior with powerful A/C. good leg room for even last row. I normaly take long drive with my family. The performacnce of the engine is superb. RUGGED AND ROBUST, I would suggest any genuine customer not to have a second thought for opting other car in this segment.
Before buying this car had done a market survey and met several people who are owning this car. They all are very happy and proud customer. Service centres spread accross the country. I did servicing at GEEYAM MOTORS nettoor cohin and they did a wonderful job,on time servicing and with good public relations.
I feel fuel economy needs more attention even though I know you cannot expect 14 km. In an 8 seater. Very eas to handle and superb road clearance. It is the most economical car with its feature and comfort of TOYOTA innova which is costing more tahn 15 lack.
