शेवरले क्रूज़ [2014-2016] यूज़र रिव्यूज़

I  bought the car 1 year ago and the next day when i brought the car from the showroom white smoke started coming from silencer took it to workshop they replased the engine and after few months the injector started giving trouble and there is no responce from workshop.

I would suggest u all never ever go for cruze u will cry alway. like I am.     

And the company will make u cry when u call them they will pick ur call and after knowing the problem they will not pick ur call. I have faced these problem and so I am suggesting u all not to go for cruze. I am wating to sell my cruze soon as posible. Very bad experince with the car I had and if u all want to be safe dont go for cruze waste of money.

Looks onlyEngine problem

We bought cruze in 2014,that time car seems to quite expensive but we had a good deal by showroom. Very comfort riding better than maruti Suzuki. Good looking with sun roof top. Servicing and maintenance wow that part is expensive and very rare to find Chevrolet parts near by market. I will give 4 stars.

Exterior is ok.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) is satisfactory Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox is poosr as within 100000 km lots of spares would be required. You would need around 150000 for doing serviscing post 80000 km. Clutch assembly with flywheel will cost 75000, Timimng belt etc would cost 35000 and other small repairs.

Ride Quality & Handling is satisfactory but long drives give backache.If u compare with Innova or Honda it is no where close to these brands.

Final Words Do not buy Cruz util unless you plan to dispose off the vehicle within three years i.e. warranty period of cruz but as per experience it is hell of a task to get the things repaired under warranty. Mind set of the company is to avoid giving warranty spares and sane money for the company. May be this is KRA for their promotions but they do not understand that this way they are harming the reputation of company.

Areas of improvement After sales and cost of spares.

Pick upVery bad after sales support. Non cooperative dealers and poor response from company.

It's really a amazing car when I see it first time then I get fall in craze of cruze it's sporty look and suspension is really nice.when I drive it give really a feeling of happiness our journey is really a good or without uncomfortness .it's performance is really good it's a luxury car . I think it is a small Mercedes for the middle class people's

1. My confidence level was not so high to buy this vehicle. But i purchase it for the wonderful face & Its bold structure. Amazing it looks. 2. I can compete with BMW or Audi with my buddy. I touched the maximum of 200 Km/Hr in highways . i can proudly tell anyone that it was by child. 3. Looks is admirable. My friend who is a doctor and owned many cars (Land rover,Mercedes, Skoda Superb etc.) But he used to take my car for long drive for its good performance & Comfort. 4. Only the think at present there is no service for this beautiful guy. Bad 5. Pros - Comfort, Look, Performance, Space , Sound (i loved that sound) cons - City Mileage, No Service station

It is in very good condition. Fully company serviced very less I'm driven all records are available interior and exterior of the car is customised it has four new alloys and the car is self used and used only for office purpose

Advantages of Cruze : Dual Airbags, Best in class look and design, More Visibility on the road premium luxury segmented car smooth driving high performing engine ad, every car has some negative points and positive as well, but the negative points of this car is few, which is not that big. but this car is good and it's white looks so awesome. if you want to know more about this car then you can ask.
