Exterior
Attractive in the initial stages. Rear door handles looks shabby after three months, bumpers cannot be repaired and put to their place, rear wiper is very sensitive
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Very attractive features, looks gliding in the night with the digital panel, attractive interior, latest technology, space is better and comfortable. In the long drive say about 100 kms, seats are quite uncomfortable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Engine performance is extremely poor and fuel economy is also extremely poor. Gear box is smooth. Very poor pick up. Fuel economy is 8 kmpl, engine do not perform and knows only to cry bitterly. Lot of noise is there in the engine.
Ride Quality & Handling
Ride quality is satisfactory and a nice car but it is not worth its value.
Final Words
Middle class people should not opt for it because it is really a problem to derive pleasure and comfort out of this. Additionally, careless behaviour of General Motors plays a very adverse role.
Areas of improvement
Helpline number should be the most prioritised area of improvement.
Customer care email ID should be backed by trained and responsible staff.
The hierarchial staff from company's top brass to the service engineers at the service station should undergo training of dealing with their customers particularly the desperate customers including the senior citizens.
