Exterior Look so cool Good definition lines and Noticing figure give u great advantage on styling. No car in indian market come closer to Beat in looks.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) As good exterior interior is also good and Hot once u get in the car ur heart feel beating laterally, good looking dash but lill high if ther is hight adjusting seat it would solve but unfortunately there is no hight adjusting seats.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Not much impressive when it come to pulling power if we switch on AC a cycle can even win the race chevy have to improve this aspect and in 2nd gear its hell slow apart from this its good and on highway beat show it beatness good performance in long run.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Great stright line stability and ride quality better than all other car in the segment I mean best of all.

 

Final Words Buy this car good out of the lot but u have to compramise on low pulling @ 2nd gear rest all best in the class and value of money.

 

Areas of improvement Power and AC strength and hight adjusting driver seat and speaker system and normal USB ports NOT micro USB.

Exterior At first look is more dazzing than any other hatch,colors are good,i think rear look should be more attractive,lights are great,tubeless tyres give more cofident in remote roads,door handles are new idea.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) If someone is hesitating to go for this car from outside, i must advice to him get inside this car,he just can't resist him. Wow,what a look! Controle panel is great,dashbord,plastic quality are in great shape. interior design is also nice!

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Absolutely noiseless engine with great fuel economy and smart gear controll! Some times i forget to turn off the engine as there is no sound in engine!

 

Ride Quality & Handling A great comfortable ride with less jarking in rough road with smooth handling!

 

Final Words It's a true value for money hatchback in indian market.

 

Areas of improvement Rear look, Rear boot space, Should little more spacious, Music speaker quality, More number of service centre at least in Bardwan.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent auto AC (will not be found in any other car in this segment), Smooth drive and enough driving comfort.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Pick up is without any hassles, smoot gear shift operation, easy to handle. Need to look for mileage as i have not driven much.

 

Ride Quality & Handling This being the first car, I felt like I am not a novice. So easy to handle.

 

Final Words Superb, Fantastic, Great, Wonderful. and all the good adjectives go by this car. I loved the car the moment i took the test drive. Great car to be owned for the first time users. With the few days of driving, I could make out that tons of eyes turn around to see the BEAT. I am happy to own this wonderful machine. With the amount of money you invest you get the 100% value. A cheaper car compared to others looking at its features.

Exterior Wow!!! I love to watch my car from outside. The look of the car is very much bold, dynamic, sporty. not to miss. Sexyy. The front shape of the car looks very dominant. I think, this type of front look only comes in Chevy.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Fact is, when you look Beat from outside, you feel that, it is having less space. But from inside, it is sufficient for the 3 avg adult in back and 2 in front. And interiors is really superb with shiny touch on doors. Missing is beige interiors, its better to have this shiny touch as it amps the sporty look. Dashboard is very good especially in the night with blue light. Odometer looks very sporty. Seats are too good. Only thing I felt needed in the seat is neck rest, other than that evrything else is superb. Automatic Climate Control. Superb!!!

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is very good. Most of the time I have to press the gas pedal in neutral to verify that engine is on. There is 0.1% of engine sound. Gear shift is very smooth and convinient, Till now, I drove for around 700Km. I got the avg mileage of around 15km/l with AC on. In Highways I got around 18-19kmpl, in city it is around 13kmpl.

 

Ride Quality & Handling I drove in highway and city both. Guess what, I witnessed in my eyes the other vehicle skidded right beside me in the slippery road, but even in 100+kmh, I was able to break the car without even a single problem(may be its because of the ABS???). Driving is awesome, you can take complete turn in small road too. Great turning radius. some time in bigger humps, I felt ground clearance little less(may be I'm new to this car). Gear shift is very smooth. Within traffic, you can easily change the lines without any issues, steering is very good.

 

Final Words Still manything to write in my review but have to restrict the review(Max characters per review 😦). Overall, this is a best VFM car in this segment. Its a perfect blend of technology and beauty. Its a master peice to achieve the greater control and to steer through heavy traffic in city. At the same time you can zoom through the highway with better control.

 

Areas of improvement I dont see any thing is required to improve, but to mention, even in the high end vehicle there is no Keyless entry.

 

Stunning Sporty Dominant Look, Smooth Drive, Smooth Gear Box, Good turning radius in cityIf I compare the car with this segment, cost etc etc, there are no negative points

 

Exterior The most important reason why opted for Beat is its looks. Its love at first sight for me.Have chosen Green cocktail as it appeared the most fit for the beat beauty. Grill and Chevy symbol adds a much value and it sticks to its design philosophy - Beat designed on the lines of cheetah.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Leg room is good and just check out for its little features like sunglass holder, coin holder, bottle holders etc..they are way above. Climatic control is uber cool and there is good thigh support as well. But what bowls me out is the ice blue light arrangement during nights. Having said that, music system is not upto the mark. Dont know why Beat sticked to have mini-USB which is way outdated and sound quality of speaker is poor(read void of bass effect).

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I almost have come across the same comment from other users in different forums. It is difficult to judge in the idle state whether the car is on or not. Gear shifting is good if not great. Luckily, i am getting the mileage near about promised fuel economy as it seems to be an area of concern for every car buyer.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Superb is the simple word to say. It makes me to drive more.

 

Final Words Nice hatchback to start with for the first time buyers. Very good value for money and you will certainly make other eyes look at your car(i promise from my own experience). Just go for it!

 

Areas of improvement Back seat space and more service coverage. Also improve accessories availability across your dealers. Not much of an option currently even for minor customisations.

 

VFM Car, Looks, Ultra smooth Engine performanceNot much, Bit uncomfortable for 3 people in the back seat

 

Exterior It makes you feel as if you are driving a mini SUV because of the muscular masculin look and roof rails, front grill with crome finish and big chev logo is just poshhhh...looking, Head lamps and fog lights with crome borders makes you feel rich.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Console(Dash Board) looks great, my relative said once that it makes him feel sitting in big sedan car, blue lights on display and console at night makes you feel sitting in a night club, and driver feels great looking at digital display attached to steering, googles holder attached to roof are of gr8 utility and style,satin finish on doors and sides of console makes people feel standards.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel efficiency is great ,pick up is low till 1000 rpm then its great, at high speed gear box is simply cool, car is best on highways.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Suspension is good ,manual power steering makes you feel the road when the car is running.

 

Final Words Best hatchback car in india for owners of budget between Rs 3,50,000 to 4,50,000 Rs a cool family car.

 

Areas of improvement Boot space should be like swift.

Exterior Its one of the best in it class with and attitude in look that everyone prase feel gud in trafic when people stare at it :) The front grill is somthing makes this car far too gud in looks.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Tachometer is no doubt outstanding , i remember once one guy asked me whts this near my steering , feel gud when people ask abt ur little beast :) Seat is confortable .

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Performance is super, fuel ecomony seems gud no issue in gear box its smooth. Gear shiftig is so easy and effortless. And pickup is really impressive and make u feel powered.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Ride is super u feel like good when people stare at ur machine :). handling is somthing unmached becos of size u can say a indian mini cooper ;). The shockers never give u shock in bad indian road u will feel as if u r siting on cusion.

 

Final Words Just drive it and u will become fan . 100000 % value for money :).

 

Areas of improvement Space :( but it not too bad :) at the end u feel gud for the Smarty machine with an attitude.:)

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors of the car are very good, dassh board is very big  like swift and ritz which is not suitable for shorter persons but for the taller persons it is not the problem.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is quiet powerful and fuel economy as i have purchased this car on 3/2/2011 and driven 4500 kms, is 17 kmpls on highways and 14 kmpl in city which is good as before the first service it is giving this average, after service this will definitely increase.

Ride Quality & Handling It is very easy to handle in city driving and highways as well ihave been to delhi from Plampur in himachal and i have achieved 135 kmph speed with no vibration at all on karnal road.

Final Words Greaaaaaaaat car and good value for money i have purchased this car amidst of i 10 and swift but i felt my decision was very good as i am very satisfied with this car.

Areas of improvement Boot space can be increased.

It does't feel like a diesel car. It is a head turner and it looks much expensive than it really is. The styling strip, roofrails makes it feel larger from the outside than the other hatch(including all petrol hatches like i10, Wagon-r, Estilo etc) . But there is no other diesel hatch in this segment as the price suggests . The noise insulation is very good as you cannot feel that you are driving a diesel car.

When price of the fuel is increasing rapidly what can we think except a eonomical hatch . Beat does it well in this too .I'm getting around 17 -18 kmpl in the city. Very economical.

 

Gearbox is not that sleek as in the i10 or in the polo but it is also good. GM kept low gear changing ratios for this car to experience the ultimate driveability in the city. It is light to use and quick too . It fits my requirements perfectly. I am happily recomending this ca to everyone.
