Best Car on the road :-)

 

Exterior I recently bought a 320i in Bombay. The new sporty look on the hood is very sexy. The car has improved a lot from its previous 3 series versions.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Space- Not bad (same like any Merc, BMW or Audi of its class), interiors - BMW could have done a better job.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Rock solid engine, great response. Fuel Economy sucks (but who cares).

Ride Quality & Handling Smooottttthhhhh ride and excellent Handling.

Final Words Anyone who wants to get the pleasure of driving should go for a BMW.

BMW = I have class

Merc = Look look, I am a new rich guy & lack class

Audi = 50%-50% between "I am confused" and "Look look, I am a new rich guy & lack class"

If you are looking for a BMW and want a car bigger than 320 then DO NOT buy a 330, instead go for a 5 series. 5 series is better value for money. It is bigger, more comfortable and fuel economy is better as compared to 330 (since 5 series has smaller engine).

Lastly, PLEASE kick & kill anyone who tells you that a diesel engine "feels" the same as petrol - IT DOES NOT. If you are driving your car for more than 18,000 kms per year (for 4-5 years depending on the car) then it makes economic sense to buy a diesel car, else not. Before you buy a diesel please be rest assured that in the showroom it will sound similar to a petrol car but after 6 months or so you will find huge difference between both the engines. Car Diesel engine is nothing but glorified "Farm Tractor" engine.

Areas of improvement Interiors for sure. BMW can do much better a job - they should learn from Merc and Audi.
