Buying experience is always good at for service centres, they get few customers so treat them really well. Riding figo diesel is always fun due to its powerful Diesel engine and fun to ride handling, NVH is also good except a little more tyre noise. Service costs are well within 4-6k for standard service, spare parts are also quite cheap. But for accidental cases, time to procure parts and repairs is lot more than other brands. Our car was stuck at the service centre for almost 3 months for some moderate accidental damage. Pros: power delivery, fun to ride, precise braking, drivers will enjoy everything once start driving, complete VFM. Cons: not built as strong as previous fords, service can be an issue depending on where you live. Seat quality mediocre, not comfortable for the continuous journey over 4 hours.
