Ford Freestyle- Urban CUV

Buying Experience: Ford Freestyle as the name suggest its more towards the offroader than as a city ride car. Awesome pricing in this market place. I didn't get the chance to buy it but done a small trip in freestyle. Riding Experience: My experience with the car is good. Suspension set up is too great as the suspension setup is more towards the offroading type and it done it very well. Looks, Performance: Very punchy engine with light gear box set up but I lack the tuning setup of the steering wheel that because it's slightly towards stiffer and connecting with the road it's stiffer so something it make me feel nervous while maneuvering. Overall it's good air condition is top notch but could prefer a rear vent ac with blower control. Arm-rest is missing in the rear seat which is it's lacking side and if they could have given that than it will be ice on cake feeling. Boot-space is upto the mark not so great and boot lid is high so short heighted person can feel uncomfortable while close the boot. Day time running light is missing which i feel they should provide. Service and Maintenance: Service cost which i knew from my friend is very satisfactory. Ford maintenance team is not taking care more towards customer satisfaction and that is all needed from them. Car runs about 10k and already done the 2 service and based on that they provide us the invoice which is close to what they promised about their service cost. Pros: Value for money car, excellent suspension set up, Hill Assist, Traction control, Body roll over functions are the unique features of this car which i love the most. Ride quality is good, Handling is very good. Cons: Could have given DRL's, rear ac vent, rear arm rest, Steering set up is in the stiffer side, Steering reach adjustable function is missing
