Hi, I booked ford freestyle titanium petrol on 1st October 2020 at varsha Ford Erode.. Still, now I have not received the vehicle yet. The marketing person promised me to give vehicle by Nov 10. After 10th he was asking 2 days grace time. Today the date is 3rd December. Now he is telling we can get the vehicle by 12th December. I am not sure all the Ford dealership doing such things to customers. If I am not receiving my vehicle by 12th December, I will cancel my booking and go for Nissan magnitite. It's such a shame for the brand name like ford

Not satisfied after buying this model, have faced so many issues. I have bought the new car so that I should spend less time for repairs and maintenance. However the case is different. In two months I have spent almost 4-5 days in service station Allingnment issue Google map device not updated Wiper issue Music system issue and Bluetooth connectivity issue. 1st gear issue.

The car buying experience was good. Ford has left India but the impression it has left is a lasting one so I thought of trusting my instincts and trusting ford another time(already own a ford figo 2013 model). Riding is just awesome. The ride quality, steering feedback, pickup, mileage, safety, sturdiness and overall comfort is just unbeatable. Sorry maruti and Hyundai you can just provide with cheap tin cans but you can never provide with safety and quality ride like a Tata or a Ford. Cons: Will provide when i find any.

I got myself a titanium plus in diesel. Have driven 15000 kms so far. The car is an absolute delight to drive. Superb acceleration and handling, feels very planted even at high speeds. However, when I try to accelerate from 2nd to 3rd gear, on releasing the clutch while shifting gears, there is black smoke coming out of the exhaust. Similarly when I accelerate on the 3rd gear, black smoke comes out of the exhaust. Having such a great car, I dont really feel good when this happens cos I have seen 8-10 year old diesel cars running without such problem. My Ford service centre have not been able to rectify the problem so far and that is the most disappointing.

If you are the one concerned or looking for great build quality, outstanding safety features, beautiful ride and handling, excellent suspension setup, brilliant steering feedback, extreme power and performance from the engine specially 1.5 L diesel, marvelous fuel economy, so much economical after sales service, and a complete package of practicality. Overall a wonderful package.

This car is perfect combination of superb build quality, Powerful engine and eye catching look. It has all safety features that is rarely available in any car in this segment. I purchased Canyon Ridge coloured titanium plus petrol version. Pick up is good and riding is very smooth. I am totally satisfied with this car and happy with my choice.

Since day one vehicle is pulling on the left side, It has an alignment issue which Tanish Ford Gurgaon is unable to reslove, withnin few days they took my car 4 times for rectifications, And since 4 days they are on Hotline with Ford Team to resolve. Very pathetic! Issue was identified as soon as the vehicle was out from Sales office, in this case when you have already paid money , you cant even reture and they are not changing with a new vehicle. Very Very disturbing

I bought it on Oct 3rd week, having a test drive, consider it because of high GC, good front visibility, build quality, and I m not care about cosmetic things or features not useful

Exterior Exterior is overall nice , but bright colour options should be given and LED/DRLs/HID should be given as accessories atleast for styling and looks . 4/5 star 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior are functional and OK type not so great , funky colour .  4/5 star.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Performance , mileage and gearbox are also excellent and USP of this car . 5/5 star.

Ride Quality & Handling Outstanding in ride & handling , not stiffer like ecosport or soft like figo. Best in class and USP of this car . No Car matches in this dept .  5/5 star rating here.

Final Words Overall , this car is 4.5 out of 5 , ( exterior styling & interior needs enhancements )  but when you match it with price , its definitely 5 out of 5 star rating. 

Areas of improvement Fixed rear head rest, no 60:40 rear split seats, no Sporty Colour options like red, blue, all are plain jane colours. Interior funky colours given , not looking premium. T+ should have given higher tyre size option. No LED/DRLs/HID for styling & looks even as accessories (especially compared with competetion).

Outstanding ride & handling, drive-ability in both in city & highway, Loaded with safety technologyfixed rear head rest, lack of 60:40 rear seat, T+ could have gone higher size tyres
