Ford Figo [2015-2019] User Reviews

Buying experience is always good at for service centres, they get few customers so treat them really well. Riding figo diesel is always fun due to its powerful Diesel engine and fun to ride handling, NVH is also good except a little more tyre noise. Service costs are well within 4-6k for standard service, spare parts are also quite cheap. But for accidental cases, time to procure parts and repairs is lot more than other brands. Our car was stuck at the service centre for almost 3 months for some moderate accidental damage. Pros: power delivery, fun to ride, precise braking, drivers will enjoy everything once start driving, complete VFM. Cons: not built as strong as previous fords, service can be an issue depending on where you live. Seat quality mediocre, not comfortable for the continuous journey over 4 hours.

Exterior

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Interior look and space gives you a high class car feeling. Very much comfort for long drives.

People who sit in back seat are the people who feel most comfort. 3 people can sit comfortably in the back seat. 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Mileage is very low compared to swift or any other same range cars. I get only 17kmpl - 18kmpl.

Gearbox is not smooth as I expected.

Ride Quality & Handling

 If the rider wanna drive smooth it goes smoothly. Awesome pick up you get while overtaking.

Braking is very good not even with ABS. 

Final Words

Awesome car for driving or backseaters but not for the people looking for mileage.

Areas of improvement  

 They must improve the mileage only then it will be the best car than swift or amaze.

2. Its my 6th diesel car and I can say this is most powerful diesel engile car in its segment. Driviblity and comfort is veey good. Very good NVH and good insulation. Hardly listen any outside noise. I feel very confident while braking on high speed. Music system sound is very good. Rough and tough car u can acclerate it in any gear and engine reaponse instantly. Very solid build quality and its comes with lots of safety features. 6 airbag Abs. Ebd Traction control Anti rollover and many more

1. I bought this car from harpreet ford franchise. There treatment to customer was fair because if you compare nexa customer satisfaction which is far better then anything. You need to work upon the showroom infra and make the customer feel like they are buying brand. 2. I did test drive and i was amazed. Spellbound for a minute as this car really beat any competitors in hatchback series. Its bigger inside great comfort seat and none other than its dease engine. Wow ford, great pickup. It can touch 100km speed in few seconds. The deasel engine is the best one. 3. From exterior, it looks like the old i20. Bigger glasses makes the car loog good. From inside it feels fair as there are not much feature. Like parking camera,screentouch. So fair from inside. 4. About servicing, obvious it will pinch you more then maruti cars because it has good costly spare parts. Why because their quality is far better then any other brand. I feel servicing cost is once in a 6 month cost and owner can bear this easily. For maintenance, initial year it will cost you nothing. 5. Pros- space, comfort, average, pick up, built quality. Cons- missing touchscreen display, 15 inch tyre, bootspace.
