Exterior Good.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox This gives only 7kmpl. I complained to Ford service center and they told that for petrol variant we should not expect more and they cannot do anything for it. Don’t understand why they tell economy of 12-14 during sale. They should honestly tell it as 7.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is bad due to very stiff suspension.  All small potholes are felt inside car. Even my old nano has better suspension than this car. Again service guys told that they cannot do anything for this.

Final Words Ford cars are cheaper than competition for features and spec they offer. So you get what you pay.  I will not recommend this car.

Due to these qualities I tried to sell off the car However Max price I got is 9L for 13.5L on road car. That’s immediate depreciation of 4.5 L on 2 month old car. So forget any resale value for this car.

Fuel consumption too high. Promised 12 KM's/ LTR is false. It hardly gives 8 KM's/ LTR. Apart from that driving comfort, engine performance is not bad. Interiors could have been fo stylish by adding some chrome plating on AC Vents. Y Turn indicator noise when blinking is too loud. Automatic Gear shifting not as good as a DSG. Ride IS bumpy on Indian roads.

Dear Ford lovers, please think twice before purchasing it. I buy a new ecosport top variant on 6th of Dec 2018. and after 4 days there is an alarm came engine fault. Dealer make it clear by reset it after 24hrs the same alarm activated again and this time they replace some sensor and reset it and after 24 hrs the same happened again this time I registered a complaint at Ford India and they call me from Chennai and they assured me to solve the problem in 2 days. But I received my vehicle after 10 days by replacing of a electric power board. After that the vehicle was running without any issue but 3 month's usage now battery get draining problem. And obviously the customer care is really bad and all this above the mileage I getting only 7 km average. I really fed up with this vehicle. I spend 1350000/ for nothing.

The buying experience was a breeze. The dealer was courteous and sales agent seemed to know the car well. Got a good deal on the Car. The Car is power packed with a punchy engine which is further enhanced by a sports mode. The gear shifts are barely perceptible, the transmission does an intelligent job of reading the drivers mind as to when the driver wants to accelerated quickly. The paddle shifts give additional control in case you want to take it in your own hands. The car is packed to the brim with features. Especially worth mentioning are the safety features - it is the only car with Automatic transmission with 6 airbags in this price range (apart from the yaris which is a Sedan). Plus it has cruise control (works like a charm), brake assist, traction control and of course ABS. The seat belts come with pretentioners too. Bells and whistles like auto head lamps, auto wipers are useful additions. The handling of the car is very good and you feel in control of the car at high speeds too. About the cons, there are some. The fuel economy could be better. In city, I get around 7.5-8 km/l and on the highway it climbs to 10.5-11 km/l. It sorely misses a hand rest on the left side of the driver (There is one but its so further back that it is useless). All in all a great car.

I own a new Ford Ecosport 2018 model Titanium + AT petrol Dragon engine. The top end model consist all the best features within required budget and same features will cost 2-3L additonal for Creta and Jeep Compass. EcoSports is very Compact, stable and safest car as it has 6 airbags whereas in other cars its difficult to get such safety features within 13L budget. I love riding this machine as it gives you Macho experience and very stable on highways and on high speed. When it comes to servicing ..Ford is the best. Pros: Engine, looks, service and safety Cons: Rare seats can be little congested for 3 adults.

I am in Bangalore and I got this Booked with the JSP Ford. This showroom is located Kudul gate, Hosur Road. The Test drive booking experience was really smooth and I had tested a few different variants of this Ford Eco Sport, both manual and auto. Personally, I wanted to go for an Auto model only. There are only two variants in Petrol AT but lot of manual options to choose from. So if you are looking for a new car find out if you want AUTO or Manual first and then check the price and safety features. The ride is really great. I bet if you have driven manual models for a long time and shifting to auto it will be great feeling. Only thing is you need to check the gear controls for the first few kms. As soon as you cross first 5 kms ... you enjoyment will kick in and you start feeling comfortable in the left leg! Trust me. There is no comment about the looks when you are buying a top end but yes there are few things like DRLs and Puddle lamps that should be have been made available in all variants. Checked the Servicing and maintenance guidelines on the web site and I am hoping the Ford promise is kept up. While comparing and setup up the parts and building the requirements for the car, I found that FES is available in the US and that has almost everything same. Except for a few changes in engine and left hand steering. I hope there are no hidden cons in this yet and I don't hit any.

First of all I would like to say that it looks awesome. Overall performance is good and riding experience is smooth. The only thing I didn't like is that it gives sunroof only in top and signature model .

Today , I have given my ford ecosport top model for servicing at Jabalpur madhya pradesh center They broken my car front glass and asked is it is broken previously Kindly help the issue , otherwise car is very good no problem till now Service centres are not good
