Purchased ford eco-sport on 18.04.2018 Engine No. JSXXXXX VIN No. MAJAXXMXXXXXXXXXX. Following shortcoming in the vehicle:-
1. Ford car is not suitable for the person having chauffeur as no control is offered on audio/AC as no remote/Mobile remote APP is available for all Ford Car. (Even basic car have remote and even car of Mahindra have the mobile app (blue sense app). Why US car making company do not have such basic feature.
2. No mute button on steering controls.
3. No source button on steering controls.
4. No roof handles.
5. No hanger hooks.
