Exterior Very good design, but poor quality painting. Front bumper can have more shine poor light intencity and difficult to drive in nights. why I do not understand.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very comfortable to drive. highly erogonomical suv. very good design. music quality excellant, dashboard controls very good. cooling control perfect. seat comfer. Superb. feeling of hight when one sits, very good feeling.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Sluggish below 1500 rpm. hardly 11 km in city and long 16km . gear shift ok..not as perfect as icon . very silent diesel engine. this is impressive indeed. looks vey advanced under the bonnet. smokes when accelarater is pressed...even with good quality fuel.

Ride Quality & Handling Good on free roads. in city pickup poor below 1500 rpm. lonf journey very good indeed.

Final Words Good suv with poor paint quality. This is sad for me. to do long journey with it is really good. music quality, dash board looks and data very good.

Areas of improvement Paint quality, milage, head light intencity to go high.

The variant purchased was ecosport 1.5L titanium plus diesel fly audio, on 19 Jun 2017 in Kerala. Reverse parking camera and daytime running lights are standard for this variant. The dealer had confirmed the availability of them, before purchase(also given in carwale web site -compare cars).   Unfortunately the car was delivered without them. It was told by the dealer that the camera software is under upgradation and will be fitted in a week's time. But they are unable keep the promise as on date.  Complaint registered with Ford too did not work out. They are also unable to tell me the time when the camera will be fitted. The ford representative from chennai who talked to me on phone had told that the daytime running light is not part of the standard accessory for titanium plus fly audio variant I purchased. This is contradictory to the features published and given by the dealer. Now I am left with the option of initiating legal action against ford for deficiency in service.

Dear Sir,

I have done Booking for new Ecosport Titanium Plus Model on 31.08.2017 at Riddhi Ford, Mohan Cooperative Area, New Delhi, after going through the various Features in the catalogue and explained by the Sales Person from your dealership. I am extremely astonish to know that one of the main features which have been highlighted have been missing in the car.

1). DVD Player.

2). Rear View Camera.

3). Leather upholstery. When enquired from the delaer they informed this features are not coming in the vehicle.

4). Besides this I have to Kept waiting for even Temp Registration as well as Permanent of my Vehicle. I have not purchased the vehicle to Keep the same standing in front of my home. I cannot drive the same until the same is registered with the Government agencies.

5). I have not been informed what all basic accessories have been provided to me since I have been charged for the same.

6). Extended Warranty have been charged whereas that was offered to free of cost to me because of corporate Discount & Loyal Customer of Ford (I am already having Another Ford Eco Sport).

7). EMI Details are not available with me, if the cheque bounces then you will blame me.

8). In complete papers have been provided with out receipts of RTO. Please look in to all of my complaints at the earliest else I will be forced to go to consumer court as well as Give the same in the Leading Newspaper as well as on you tube and social media networking sites.

9). Also I feel I have been cheated of more than Rs 1.0 Lakh since the main features are missing.   Hoping for the early solution.

I Bought this car on 1st Jun 2016 and clocked 31k KM so far, even though the mileage is bit less, comfort wise it’s the best in class and handling on the road is superb.

When I took the vehicle for REPAIR of Engine Wire Harness due to rat bite, I was informed that spare part is not even available with the FORD FCATORY.

It appears that FORD company does not maintain minimum reorder stock to meet the customer requirement.

I am now started wondering did I buy a FORD car or some other manufactures car.

There is no escaltion process all that we need to do is call up the customer care and lodge a complaint.

It's riding quality, comfort and seating height is better than other compact SUV at this price. Looks are awesome and my car is giving an average of 20 km in delhi -ncr roads. Heavy weight body feels like driving SUV and very good pick up better than maruti brezza. Titanium model gives a very good comfort with broad alloy wheels. I have driven around 3000 km and purchased in March 2017.

Exterior Bold look, Muscular, Decent, Tough, excellent ground clearance

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Astonishing console which feels like flight cokpit, spacious, good head room, leg room, shoulder room and thigh supports.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Ford is best in Gear box as I have been using from 2010 (figo, fiesta and now ecosport), Best fuel economy in Suv segment, Enough engine power.

Ride Quality & Handling Stability is fine @ 135 km/hr ( Ulunderpet to Trichy) chennai to Kodaikanal, Driver's car, Handling is very easy like hatch.

Final Words Value for money, 1.5 TDCI Ford engine is proven for the past several years and resale value is amazing. No other brand other than FORD in the world declared the 5th year service cost in car history. selected especially to drive on highways, off road and city. Got 200 mm ground clearance to manage our indian compound wall speed breakers

This car is excellent in features, exterior and interiors , comfort of every person seating and enjoying in it. It has better grip on road while driving . A driver will experience better driving experience while driving it anywhere. It's service cost and maintenance is not so high. It's service cost is rs 3770 even after 5 year. It's ground clearance is 200mm which is best or awesome in an compact SUV. it's horn is so strong with anti-locking braking system with hill assist with electronic braking system. It even possess rain sensing wipers with crash senser. It also possess door ajar alarm or you can say door ajar warning with dual clutch. It possess driver arm rest with storage space , rear parking sensors, cruise control, rear defoggers with front and rear fog lamps with helogon head lamp with rear reading cabin light with follow me home coming lamp with headlight height adjustable. It also possess driver seat adjustable with height adjusters.
