Exterior
One doesn't get a better looking vehicle in India than Ecosport as of now.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Contrary to the stupid reviews by some people who haven't even sat in the vehicle and writing a review of it, the space inside is very comfortable unless one is a sumo wrestler.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Mindblowing is simply the word. Amazing effect of turbo. Driven 2000 km and has given me an average of 12.5 km/l. Gear shifting is slick and silent.
Ride Quality & Handling
Drove at a speed of 130 km/h on G.T road from Jammu to Pathankot without the feeling of any drag or roll. Drove at the speed of 70-80 km/h on Pathankot-Dalhousie Highway feeling as safe.
Final Words
Buy it.
Areas of improvement
No handle bars above passenger windows. The company needs to add those. The floor mats povided as accessories by the dealership are also not good. Need to look into that.

Exterior Very good, thick A pillar and the bulge in the bonnet slightly obstructs the view, solid construction.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Wow, speachless, Ford has done a marvellous job, but the black leather makes to feel the cabin little cramped, even though it is not like that.plastic quality is ok, but eneven gap in the panel. Exhaustive list of items in the panel, dashboard etc.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Slight turbo lag for ths engine, but experienced turbo kicks in comparatively faster than some other cars, good torque range, good for city drive,a real good engine for driving enthusiast. Could not check the mileage yet.
Ride Quality & Handling Good, suspension is designed by takng care of indian roads, company say turning radius 5.3 meter, but on driving doesnot feel so,steering is smoothand light, but didnt feel too lght like in Hyundais.
Final Words A great car for ths money surely VFM.
Areas of improvement Headlight, rear parcel tray, leather seat color to chane to beigeor some light color, uneven panel gaps and gaps between metal joints.

Exterior The exterior has a bold SUV feel though i felt the head lamps are a little small for the over all appearance of the car.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Boot space is severly lacking but we were warned about that & got a Thule roof box on day one, that really made the difference
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine is outright amazing & worthy of all the awards it has received. 3 cylinders with a turbo charge provide superb power & torque as long as the tacho is over 1800 rpm which is easy on the highway. The gears are precise but this is my first 'non-japanese' car in 9 years & i felt the grears & clutch to be a little hard. Ford & Euro car lovers will love the feel. I drove it from Chennai to Bangalore through the old madras road which had something of a ghat section. The sales people & various web sites suggested a mileage of 15 which was on my mind but i never managed more than 9.5 on the highway & about 8 in the city which made my average cost Rs. 7.7 per KM. I felt that was high for the amount i paid for the engine technology. This version costs more than the diesel variant of the Ecosport.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality excellent. A little hard for the elderly people but grips the curves & i was able to approach & leave curves at much higher speeds than my honda city. The steering holds firm & has amazing feed back
Final Words Interiors, exteriors all excellent & boot space was nothing less than what was promised. Great value for money if i got a slightly better mileage. 12 is what i get from my honday city & if that was matched, i would have felt better about the car
Areas of improvement The doors are hard to shut & usual rattling that i've always associalted with 'non-japanese' cars but that requires the whole system to change.
Excellent performance on the highway & hugs the road around curves.Poor mileage 9.5 for a 3 cylinder turbo charged engineExterior/Styles

Exterior I fell in love with exterior when they first released teaser pic in 2012. So U can assume how much I love the exteriors.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacewise for 5 persons occupancy this is really good and I belong to nuclear family so its apt for us. But luggage space could have been a bit more bigger, but no complaints as I know Y they did it. So that it doesnt go beyond the specified length for compact SUV. so forgivable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I have covered >12000km within 12 months of purchase. I get around 14km/l in city and highway I have got >18km/l(distance of 400km one way). Comfortable gearbox and look.
Ride Quality & Handling For me I love driving and it is pretty good ride, I never sat in passenger seat so dont know the comfort ration there but drivers seat provides best view of the road, riding quality and comfort. The steering is prety good like figo which I used to drive(my cousins).
Final Words If you are looking for mileage, look and quality service I suggest Ecosport Ecoboost Titanium +.
Areas of improvement The pricing of materials. One car had hit mirror and just mirror went down because it was just fitted in not screwed into and so it fell and broke and I had to spent 1.8k rs for that mirror(side view). If you could lower it to half the price it would be really a great thing.
