Ford Aspire [2015-2018] User Reviews

Best car in sub 4 metre sedan. The main attractiin is the engine. If you are druving guy you cant get a engine like this till 12 -15 lakhs. And its a value for money car. Ford has downgraded slightly in term of quality of interiors. If the hughest priority is driving and safety this is the car for you.

Exterior Good( but I have seen it only in pics) As far as the pics are concrn, its good.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Still waiting for the car.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox N/A.

Ride Quality & Handling I have done a test drive and I like it a lot.. Good strong body.

Final Words I have paid the down payments and they said, the car will be delivered asap after that but still the car is in other districts and they are driving the call al away from Kottayam- Trivandrum which means I will get the car only after 180kms. Getting a new car after 180 kms dosent make sense to me.

Areas of improvement The dealers should be more professional and show some responsibilities. Also I have mentioned thay they are driving almost 180 kms before I am getting a new car and that is not a good thing. We never know how they drive. So Its a very bad thing they are doing.

Exterior Overall good exterior style. Eye catching front and side view. Looks like a bigger car. The best looking compact sedan with the sexy Aston Martin Grill.  The body just goes in, even when a kid pushes the door or bonnet. Does not feel sturdy.The doors and bonnets are miss aligned. There is a gap even the door closed so that dust stay inside the door panel.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Decent.Comfortable seating. Lacks in Storage spaces in back row. Instrument cluster is poor. Door locks should be improved. The music system is very good and the sound is descent enough.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performs good. Poor Fuel Efficient in City.The gearbox feels good and does the job.  Engine performance is something which is boast of more refined than dezire and amaze. NO CD player.no lag in gear change. With 17 kmpl fuel economy is good on highway.

Ride Quality & Handling Meeting expectation. Smooth handling and control. Feels the suspension transfers some part of bumps to the cabin. Rear thigh support makes it hard for long drive for taller passengers. The handling is pretty good and this is a driver’s car.

Final Words Value for money Car with decent looks and good performance. I have already completed 16k kms in my car and I am in love with it.

Areas of improvement Interiors,Rear a/c vent missing, Wheels to be upgraded, Service Centres.

Style, Features for the price, EngineLess mileage in city, Less ground clearance and smaller wheels for Indian Conditions

Exterior The Astom Martin-isque grill is enough to attract any auto aficionado.The cute looks is just unavoidable.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The moment you enter the cabin you are greeted with ample space and the cabin specificalaly feels airy. I had test driven Xcent, Dzire in these segments, but Aspire ticked all the boxes in terms of space even in the back seat row.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The smoothest engine in its class, though it takes time to get in the grill,but once it starts she's unstoppable. It drroms like a breeze on highways. The odomoeter kisses 150kmph without a struggle. It easily gives me 17.25kmpl (18.25 claimed by Ford)  highways and 12.5 kmpl in cities both with AC on.

Ride Quality & Handling Even at top speeds you would hardly hear any noises inside the cabin. Its smooth as a butter to steer the vehicle even at top speeds with the back of your wrist. This is my personal experience and did I told you mine is without an ABS !!!!!

Final Words By now you would have assumed the final verdict !!!! Its been almost 3 years now and driven over 38000kms, I am yet to find  a fault in this car. In fact lemme tell you I havent even encountered a flat tyre yet!!! The cherry on the cake is the lovely service Ford Dealers provide throught the country. Unlike the people's perception about Ford,she is completely low maintenace -around 4k max per year. This is my first Ford car, and I can easily say that these guys have got me hooked on their brands !! My next car will surely be a Ford!!!

I bought this car (1.2aspire titanium plus petrol) in April 2018 and have driven 6500km till now.No doubt the car is excellent as far as the safety is concerned by features and hardware provided ( I haven't experienced an accident but saw a car at workshop with airbags opened and car was in bad condition ).Few of draw backs I noticed are that mileage is not so good may be due to its heavy construction.Though Ford says 174mm GC but its false as I noticed that my old car wagonR (165mm GC) was not touching the bump which comes on my daily route whereas aspire touches it in the same load and on the same road so its clear that its GC is less than 165mm.Car pick up is poor and needs to shift down the gear but once accelerated the speed is amazing.Service support seems poor but it won't required much frequently.so if you are ready to compromise normal mileage and ground clearance,this one is the best car in sedan with 6 airbags in this price range.I got the mileage of around 20km/l on express way subject to 2500 rpm and 80 to 95km/hr speed and fuel from Essar. Overall mileage before 10k or second service is 14.8 to 15 km/l.

Ford Aspire is my first car. So its very special to me. I bought it last year. I wanted to buy a sub sedan with 1.2 l petrol to keep the gst to 28% ??, i researched for almost 2-3 months and finally selected this one for its premium looks both internally and externally. Aspire offers a very smooth engine with decent pick up compared to other 1.2 l petrol engines. It has spacious cabin space and there is enough space in th boot too. The exterior looks simple but contempeory. I bought the top version which comes with 6 airbag and leather seats. Pros: good engine, fuel efficiency ~ 16 km/l on highways, spacious cabin and boot, 6 airbags, comfortable seat, enough space for 3 people on the back, great riding experience. Cons: no rear ac vent and charging point, no touch display even on top version ( which is now takwn care in new Aspire). love my Aspire.

I bought this car on 18 th of june 2018 from Pahwa ford, Faridabad (Best ford car dealer in NCR. Riding experience of this car in past 4months is great. Smooth and best pickup in thi dprice range. It gives me a milage of 17 kmpl in city and 25 kmpl on highways. Best in safety features. Look wise it is also good. Astin martin like front grill gives a sporty look. 1 month back my car has gone through first service which is free of cost with no hidden charges. Ford is really a low mainainence car brand. Requires only 1 service a year. Every thing is best in this car. No cons according to me. Best car to buy a sedan.

Buying Experience: It Was awesome, we visited showroom on 10th and got the delivery within one week Riding Experience: Fantastic is one word, smooth suspension, good highway performance Looks & Performance: Looks is subjective for me, it is best in class design. Performance for me is more than enough. I drive in the city so for me, it is one of the best cars to drive. Servicing: I haven't done any servicing it is just 8900 KM
