Worst service by dealers

1. BAD service support even today. Especially in Mysore. Never buy FIAT cars , They dont care for customers after sale. no peace of mind after purchase. Please believe me , worst service.

 

Areas of improvement  :  will never improve , thats why they dont sell , dont believe FIAT , they have never improved on service. They sell and forget the customer. any other vehicle is better.

I had bad experiences in FIAT workshops. They made dents in my vehicle , spilled coolant on my vehicle , did not fit the wheel and brakes properly before delivery , very careless. never buy , never buy , never buy FIAT.

I made a complaint to FIAT - Pune. They also are same like the dealer , most useless. They never bother to help the customer. They took the side of the dealer. They only support the useless dealer. In fact  , FIAT doesnt know that customer support is important for the vehicles to sell , they think they can sell automatically.
