Letstrack Premium Review
We have already introduced the Letstrack Premium device and shown how it is installed. And now we used it to see how effectively it works and who exactly needs it.
So if you have read the previous reports, you already know that this teeny device is actually installed in your car and then one can easily track its whereabouts in detail. We at Carwale make it easy for you to understand how it works
How does it work?
Once you have installed the device, you need to install the Letstrack app from Google play store or the iOS app store. It’s a simple interface and it’s easy to add vehicles that need to be tracked. Once the vehicle is added the app shows the exact location of the vehicle/vehicles.
In case your car is a part of the fleet, even the parking location is logged so that the vehicle can be located in a vast parking lot. Depending on what feature you are using, you keep getting notifications on the mobile phone. The device is pretty accurate when it comes to logging data and measures distances quite well. The aircon notification though went berserk and with the phone constantly pinging about the aircon alert made me switch off the notification for it.
Who is it for?
Letstrack Premium is ideal for people using chauffeurs and of course for fleet owners. It acts as a safety device too thanks to the SOS button which allows easy tracking and rescue based on alerts sent via a notification on the app and mail. The device also allows the owner to cut the engine in case of wrong direction or mishap with the touch of a button remotely from the app.
So if you have a chauffeur driven car and you use it to ferry around members of the family, Letstrack Premium will be a boon to have. If you own a fleet of cars and have various drivers driving them, Letstrack helps you keep track of them and also provides additional data like the aircon being switched on and how long the ignition was on, how long did the car stop for and then some. Also this data can be stored for 60 days on the web and can be extracted whenever required. Using the driver behaviour feature, the fleet owners can monitor individual drivers and how they accelerate, decelerate, take a sharp turn or do harsh braking. The on-demand location along with Safe Mode allows anti-theft protection of the vehicle.
Should you buy it?
If you fall into either of the customer bracket listed above, Letstrack Premium is a handy little device that offers a bucket load of info and doubles up as a safety device too so we would definitely recommend it. The Letstrack Premium is available for a cost of Rs 8,999 and can be ordered through their official website – https://www.letstrack.in/tracking-devices
