Good Car BUT Service is very poor.

Hi The overall car riding experience is not that good. I strongly believe in Service and Maintenance. This is very very bad in Chennai. They're just couple of service centers, I tried both and felt the lack of basic understanding of customer requirements. They just go by their std Q&A I had spoken to the CRM MANER AND LOT MANY OTHERS, BEEN IN SERVICE STATION FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS. this goes for every service I did. NON is up to the mark. Felt very disappointed. Mileage is 13 max Engine Rattles a lot There is always a lag when gears are shifted There is an untold drag of the vehicle towards the left side. I had multiple times complained about this but to my surprise, this is still there :) ( did wheel balance & alignment outside the Datsun and found the car running smoothly now ) Rest, the car is good but without good service & maintenance its really bad drive. Am planning to change my Service centre to different non Datsun one. I will certainly put my reviews post that. ( Hoping for improved mileage, better riding comfort, and drag reduction )
