Think before you buy DAtsun Go

I bought Datsun Go car on 10Th April from Laxmi Nissan dealer Nagol, Hyderbad. Although I liked the car and it was fit in my budget I was really happy with it. However I missed out few things to check while buying it.

I request all the people who want to go for this car should make sure they are not facing issues that I am chasing already.

Datsun Go has few serious problem. I have complaint to Company customer care multiple times and I do not find any satisfactory reply from them till now. (complain NO - APHY1AHYD2014041410417)

Issues: - 

1. Door open alert lamp- The security alert lamp doesnt function correctly which suppose to be on if any of the door remain open. It turn on if driver side door is left open but it should work same way for all the door. However it is not happening. Its not small fault but its seriously big issue of safety.

2. Security ciron doesnt work properly: - Similar to issue 1 if door remains open and you lock the car using remote, car make noise to alert but this is functioning only for Driver door. It doesnt make any sense when any other door remains open while you lock the car. 

3. Service from Nissan is very pathetic:- I have one more car from Maruti Suzuki. They are the best in service. However even after international brand Nissan is ZERO in service. its almost 20 days that I logged complaint but Nissan bothers not to look into customers concerns. They didnt even felt to reply back on what action they have taken on my complaints. No response any time. ( I logged complaint thru email as well as phone call).

4.   Dealer - Very disappointing service from car dealer. its almost a month and dealer has not shown any seriousness to initiate for RTO Registration. They dont even respond properly and never call back as they are done with selling car now.

As my persona opinion: - If you want to buy this car make sure you are not facing problem or simply do not buy this car since service is really not good.
