Pros: excellent handling and stability, ride quality, good mileage on highways, 5-star rated Cons: poor mileage in the city, poor service, the rear seat is not comfortable for 3, poor lighting, tires are not great PPS Somajiguda Hyderabad has given me an old stock vehicle. I purchased it on June 14 2023 however they have given me April 28 invoice vehicle. After raising many complaints nobody has responded properly. Service center experience was very pathetic they only looked for their job targets they did not even bother about customers. That is the reason many of them scared to purchase Volkswagen | One of the best in segment !!!! After purchasing the car, I took a family road trip from Raipur to Kolkata. We left at 4:30 a.m. and arrived at 7 p.m. I drove 850kms without full halting, which was a lot of fun; the only downside was that the trip was over.
