Pathetic services from Vw india

I have purchased Taigun one year ago. Pros: excellent handling and stability, ride quality, good mileage on highways, 5-star rated Cons: poor mileage in the city, poor service, the rear seat is not comfortable for 3, poor lighting, tires are not great PPS Somajiguda Hyderabad has given me an old stock vehicle. I purchased it on June 14 2023 however they have given me April 28 invoice vehicle. After raising many complaints nobody has responded properly. Service center experience was very pathetic they only looked for their job targets they did not even bother about customers. That is the reason many of them scared to purchase Volkswagen

Poor quality tyres

<p><strong>Hello,&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>This is Gaurav Sehgal from New Delhi. I bought Mahindra xuv -500 w-4 model in october 2014 in two days i faced a complaint for alignment, wheels were not balanced , window glass of driver seat was making noise, AC was making a strange noise. I had sent it back to the showroom and they brought &nbsp;it back next day . &nbsp;Then &nbsp;before first service the same problems were there . Now 7500 kms i saw rubber sole from tyres started to fall off.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Workshop is around 55 kms away from my house at mathura road ,i went there twice, in delhi traffic it took me 4 hrs to go there and then to come back .Yesterday a boy from the workshop took the car and brought it back with a report that JK tyres has rejected your request to change their scrap tyres.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Now i am talking to mahindra people to whom i gave the money around 13 lakh. I will get their report on monday.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><br/></strong></p> <p><strong>Then there will be a third step on tuesday which for sure i need to take because i can see that they all have cheated me and they going to blame me for the scrap which they gave me.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><br/></strong></p> <p><strong>The consumer court, Social media, international news channels , magazines.</strong></p> <p><strong>I'll do whatever i can to get my money back or else they replace their scrap tyres.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Yes i accept it was my fault that i went for mahindra instead of honda / maruti and other good makes. I am giving around 16000 per month as emi of the. Car .
