            Extremely Overpriced

If you want comfort in a 5 seater car with good luggage capacity --- Creta/Seltos. --you save 20 lacs. If you want great safety and ride handling good reliable engine -- Harrier/XUV500 -- You save 20 lacs. If you want specific off-roader --- Thar -- save 25lacs If you want good off-roader and lot of luggage space Insane custom options-- upcoming Isuzu VCROSS -- save 15 lacs Exceedingly Overpriced. with the saving on all other options you can drive and maintain them for 10-15 years of ownership. BUT you got money, no one is stopping you. Don't worry about the 7 seater shit no one can sit there for any off-road situation where this car is meant to go. And if you are sitting 7 good luck fitting in your luggage. The saving on the all above cars is much better to deal than the TOYOTA engine. Plus after the merger with Maruthi Suzuki, they have started building some kind of bodies. Build quality has down. So Sad to see such a great brand taking this route for profit destroying all the trust they build over so many years.

poor support, spare tyre runs 80 kms, complete car has to be sent to service center 400-600 kms on crane

BMW comes with pirelli tyre which can burst any time on road.Spare tyre can run for 100 kms. Customer are left stranded on road.Car has to be towed to nearest service location on crane ones the Tyre fail. There service centers are 300-600 kms apart .If tyre fails have you ever heard the car being towed 600 kms to nearest center leaving you stranded instead of providing replacement tyre even in warranty.Ones they sell cars they will care a damn for your issues and problems.BMW will never call you and never take feedback from you.It is one of the most hostile and unfriendly company. The jack which comes with spare tyre(small tyre which can run for 80 kms at speed of 60) is too cumbersome to operate.WHY IS BMW not giving car with FULL TYRE. We have tried asking this question to BMW and there reply is no we sell car with spare tyre which can run 80 kms and this is a additional facility we are providing. If you want to buy full tyre u have to spend Rs 70000/- extra IS IT FAIR TO PICKUP COMPLETE CAR ON CRANE IF TYRE FAILS .WHY DO THEY NOT PROVIDE SPARE TYRE ON SITE EVEN UNDER WARRANTY.After warrnaty is over we will have to buy expensive insurace cover on tyre also as if tyre fails the complete car has to be sent to nearest service centre which can Rs 40000 to 50000 BMW is known for poor tyres yet they are doing nothing to improve it.THEY ARE LEAST CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER ISSUE.THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU,NEVER TAKE YOUR FEEDBACK .FOR THEM GIVING A DONNET TYRE(WHICH CAN RUN 80 KMS at speed of 60 kms/hr) completes there responsibility

Before buying take a test drive

Facing rainwater leakage issue in the boot space. We visited in December 2022 now in that rainy season we found heavy leakage in the boot space corner area. Very bad experience. Everybody should check their car leakages because it is in our backside area hence cannot notice if you do not look carefully. Our Kolhapur dealer & JEEP company are aware of this issue but instead of taking back the vehicle to the company they sell it.
