            Ride the Tiger- the Tigor

My showroom experience was superb. The dealer even helped me get my BH number plate within 2 days. About the car, the experience is indescribable. On highways the fuel economy even reached 27 km/l. The build quality of TATA is incomparable. On road, Tigor gives superb driving confidence. Overall super happy with Tata and Tigor.

Hello Everyone, I'm one of your Customer owning a Maruti Suzuki IGNIS. Two days ago, I was about to travel to Pondicherry from my hometown. All was good when I commenced my travel. But things went bad later on. After a few minutes on my way to Pondicherry, it was raining heavily. I heard a strange sound from the engine. So, I stopped and checked on my vehicle immediately. I noticed that the engine oil was leaking. So, without any second thoughts I called the nearby service centre. But there was no response. I also tried to call your road side assistance number, but still no response. I was so worried that your dealers/road side assistance number couldn't even respond to an emergency situation. Then after a long time, one of your dealers at Villupuram (ABT Service Centre) responded. I explained the situation and the issue regarding my vehicle and asked him to send an emergency vehicle for towing. But they said that they could not arrange any vehicle and they asked me to bring my vehicle to Villupuram by myself. I wonder, If you are not able to respond to a Customer at an emergency situation, i'm curious why there are road side assistance number /helpline numbers in the first place. Anyhow, this was the least disappointment I had from your service. Somehow I managed myself to take my car to Villupuram ABT service centre by towing for further inspection. After further inspection, they said that there are water traces in the air filter and they also suspected that the engine oil drain port might be damaged. But, there was no problem with the engine oil drain port. At the end of the day, they said that they need to send a detailed report to Maruti and check on this issue. Realizing the issue and the time needed, I came back to my hometown. After one day of time given, they informed me that these things cannot be covered under warranty since this happened due to a hydrostatic alert (said by the technician). Due to this, there is a high possibility that there might be crack or breakage in the Piston Assembly (said by the Technician). Then I started questioning why this happened and what was the root cause. The Techinican's answer was a total surprise for me. He was claiming that this issue happened because I drove my car in the rain. Seriously, I was disappointed whether the technician was talking in his right sense. Do you really believe that driving my car in the rain is the root cause for this issue? If you think so, then is this the quality of this car???? I bought my car on JUN-2019 and it's been exactly a year. I have done all my services at your service centres. Do you think that it's reasonable to have an issue in the engine within one year of purchase? There was no alert on my instrument cluster. There were no prior symptoms of any kind of issue. How do you think that this issue is fully my responsibility and you keep ignoring that this has happened due to a technical error or issue? If this is how you treat a customer and handle an issue during an emergency situation, then i'm truly disappointed in your brand and the quality of your vehicle. I bought this vehicle, because I loved it. But your brand and service makes me think that I should never buy anything from your brand and I will not recommend my family and friends to buy vehicles from your brand. I also wanted to add that when I went for the second time to the service centre, I found that my car was parked in an open area and my car window was open. During this rainy time, do you think that this is a proper and responsible way of handling a customer's car when it is in your place? I have driven my car around 34K Kms and it's been exactly one year. This is not at all fair to have an issue in the engine. Give me a proper solution on this issue and this has to be covered under warranty. Because as a Customer, I never failed to skip my services. So, I'm expecting the same from your team as early as possible. If not, take back the car and refund my money. I don't want to have a business with your brand if you are not able to give a proper solution to an issue but only trying to put the blame on the customer like this happened because i drove my car in the rain.
