Most Helpful Review | A compact SUV with a powerful engine A compact SUV with a powerful engine along with so many features rivalry against its competitor's riding is great as looks only required is to fix the rear overall great at under 10 lacs with incredible features. | Engine Problem ( Reverse Gear not working)
I bought the vehicle on August 2018 and after 3 months without any much usage (947kms) reverse gear is not working. Team of Hyundai R&D team are working on doing R&D in my vehicle to rectify the problem for the past 4days. There is poor response from Hyundai Corporate office as Kun HYundai,Kaattuppakkam, Chennai cannot do anything. Four days (12. 11. 2018 to till date) the Vehicle is in service centre and inspite of my repeated emails there is no response from Hyundai corporate or delaer what is happening and are keeping the customer in dark. Some service representative from dealer Kun Hyundai are informing clutch cable problem and someone telling bush problem and others are telling sensor problem. So Hyundai is doing all R&D in my car after selling the car. So 2018 CRETA model is yet to be proven.

I suggest people not to buy it as I am facing such as serious problems. So far i have not received any courtesy email from HYUNDAI corporate office appoligising what has happened and what they are doing now to recitify this. They said they will deliver it today. Only they complete R&D then only I can get the vehicle. I am asking them to replace the vehicle. As Indian judiciary is not strong and cosumers are not protected these atrocities will occur. If it is in Europe or middleast they will first replace my vehicle with a new one if it is proven one. India is developing country and they are capitalsiing this. Long live Modi. Jai Hind.
NANA |
