<p>Hyundai, wake up and smell the Humus! You need to better manage your Dealers/Agents. My new 2017 CRETA HAS A STEERING DEFECT OF WHICH YOUR DEALER IS AWARE. SAID STEERING DEFECT CAUSED TWO MAJOR ACCIDENTS PLUS A NEAR ACCIDENT EVENT. MY NEW CAR HAS BEEN IN YOUR DEALER's Garage for more than four months with no end in sight. Your Dealer and his Master mechanic are not honoring your warranty nor are they concerned about your Brand Name.</p> <p>I am omitting Dealer's name for a good reason. However, if you care enough, I shall provide you with copies of my paperwork.</p> <p>I filed several complaints with various governmental agencies of that certain country in the Middle East. Meanwhile, I have spent a whole lot of money on car rental already, while my new car is wasting away at your Dealer's Repair Shop.</p> <p>Hyundai does have documented problems with STEERING DEFECTS as documented by whistleblower Mr. Kim, Hyundai's design and quality control engineer for twenty five years.</p> <p>if you want me to elaborate, please send me an email request at XXXXXXXXXX.</p>LooksSteering Manufacturing Defects, Poor Dealer Service
