A smooth and eco-friendly sedan with advanced features

I recently got a chance to test drive the Honda City Hybrid eHEV 2023 and I was very impressed by its performance and features. Here are some of the points that I would like to share about my driving experience, firstly Driving experience, The car was very easy to drive and handle. The hybrid engine was powerful and responsive, delivering a smooth acceleration and gear transition. The fuel economy was excellent, as I got around 25 km/l on average in city traffic. The car also had low emissions, which made me feel good about contributing to the environment. The Honda sensing technology provided a safer driving experience, as it alerted me of any potential hazards or collisions on the road. The car also had a sport mode that enhanced the performance and thrill of driving. Secondly, Details about looks, and performance, The car looked stylish and elegant, with a sleek design and LED headlights. The interior was spacious and comfortable, with leather seats and ample legroom. The boot space was sufficient for my luggage needs. The car had a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supported Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with a premium sound system. The car also had a sunroof, wireless charging, rear AC vents, ambient lighting, keyless entry, push-button start, paddle shifters, cruise control etc. Thirdly Pros, Powerful hybrid engine, excellent fuel economy, low emissions, spacious cabin, stylish exterior, and advanced safety features. Finally Cons, the High prices compared to other hybrid cars, limited colour options, and no diesel variant. Overall considering everything I will rate it 4 out of 5.

My vehicle Verna 1.6 VTVT TRANSFORM 2010.

My vehicle Verna 1.6 VTVT TRANSFORM 2010. Reg no. MH-XXXXXX.

I have a Verna Transform September 2010 model first hand. Sparingly used it- only 23k km. It is always parked in a closed garage. I recently noticed a problem of jerking at low speed intermittently and so on 4th September it was serviced at Shreem Hyundai, Ray Road, Mumbai. They could not find any fault during this paid service. When the problem persisted, on request they sent a mechanic Mr. Ali who reported that this is strolling (jerking) and called for the vehicle at the service center(11 sept.) Where they found carbon accumulation which was cleaned. But the problem persisted and so they again called for the vehicle at the centre on 16th September.

Now I have been informed that all the 4 coils are defective and needs replacement which costs Rs 24,000. Its surprising that ALL the 4 coils are defective. While going through the facebook page of Hyundai(link below) I came to know that this is due to design flaw and there are many complaints for the same problem.

I request Hyundai to replace all 4 coils free of cost as this is due to design fault. I expect a prompt reply.
Performance.ignition coil problem due to design flaw, bad fuel economy. suspension not good. expensive spares.
