Pros include its dynamic driving dynamics, upscale interior, and impressive technology features. However, its cramped rear seating and slightly stiff ride may deter some buyers. Performance is good

Well, I bought this car for its comfortable ride quality and amazing looks. Performance is good. The customer support and service cost is too much. Also, Jeep must work on their relationship-building skills and customer service else they have not learned from the mistakes of Fiat and Ford.
