Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent in it's class.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent.
Ride Quality & Handling Persisting problems not cared at workshop are making it a tension.
Final Words lack of customer care it's becoming a costly deal for me to have this car because there is no one to take care of during services,after service I have to visit workshop twice or thrice to get corrections in the car.
Really feeling sorry to have such awonderful car where customer satisfation or care is lacking.
I have to get tyres changed at 15000km because no body cared for alignment during services rendered.Bearings not proper staff changed the bearing and charged from me while it was under warrenty,because they didn't new how to claim,as per them. Later they adjusted, after my reminder, in next services.After several reminders of battery check no body bothered and finally battery ran out of water,despite of regular and timely services at company workshop. Within 30 days mine is 4th round to workshop as things have not been taken care of.
Areas of improvement Just improve your customercare, customer satisfaction, and if the customer had invested in your product he should be handled with seriousness. Well versed staff and trained technicians should be placed to solve the problem in one go,they are experimenting the things with customers.
