Today morning I visited CHEVROLET showroom at Orange Auto Pvt Ltd, Banjara Hills HYDERABAD. I was recived by an sales person & he showed SAIl & SAIL HATCHBACK, SAIL was impressive and price is also good, I thought to exchange my vehicle Hyundai Verna Transform CRDI SX (2011) to Chevy SAIL. I took this decision because SAIL has Deployed most successful FIAT Diesel engine which is also used in Swift Diesel. While going for other options today I visited CHEVY showroom.
I gave my vehicle for valuation in the showroom, initial valuation was done & vehicle was taken for a drive. After completation of drive, Valuator KARUNAKAR has give me rate on a peice of paper, by seeing that I was bit upset and though to leave showroom, then said "thank you" and I took that paper & stepped outside of the showroom, on road and I throughed valuation paper and was about to get into my car, Person who did valuation (KARUNAKAR) came to me and started Arguaging with me for tearing his valuation paper. I was little surprised on his behaviour, he started shouting by Showing his HAND on my face. Later i took this to CHEVY showroom Manager Pranav, Pranav told that Karunakar body language & his behaviour is like that & said he(karunakar) doesnt do any harm, when I started taking with Pranav, he said sorry for the whole thing and forget everything and also suggested to take CHEVY vehicle to serve them better.
Friends, I was really upset about Chevy sales people, be prepared before you visit this showroom in below address. Now I dont have any confidence about service in below showroom.
