Very poor customer service

 

Exterior Stylish but slightly old age.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Best in its class by far.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel eco is excelent and so is the gearbox. where it lacks is the ps as compared to vento and the linea t-jet.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Good quality handling and a great ride, When you are driving at around 20KMPH, idle the engine using clutch and then release it without/with acceleration the cars gives a jerk 2-3 times before you can control it using the clutch and the acceleration. The maintenance of cars is also very poor, after service, the car is not cleaned, even the dashboards are not fitted, the lining on the doors are not properly fixed, wires and selotapes are left inside the car itself...and on and on. Final Words Do not step into the National Garage at Mahalaxmi,Mumbai they have the poorest weakest and most useless customer relations ever.

 

Areas of improvement The car would benefit with a new age look interiors and a slightly more powerfull engine. And maybe more show-rooms and dealers. As well as a more funky look.
