With kids growing up I have been scouting for a good 6 seater car/MPV and with that in mind tested Maruti Ertiga, Nissan Evalia and now the Chevrolet Enjoy. I have tested only the Diesel variants given that was my fuel preference. Here is the good-bad-ugly of these three vehicales.
The Maruti Ertiga is a car that can do no wrong and Maruti has understood customer needs very well. The car is priced right, looks decent and has sufficient space (albeit the third row seats can best seat two small kids). The Diesel has significant turbo lag and at low revs the car is very sluggish. My main complaint with the Ertiga is space - while ok for short runs with a full load (6 passengers), for ong runs it is a challenge.
The Evalia is much more spacious than the Eritaga and I quite liked the exterior design though others might find it a tad van-like. The car drives smoothly and has ample power. Seating for the middle row is good and the sliding doors make it a breeze to get in/out. On the pricing front this is the most expensive car in this line-up. At this price, customers might be tempted to put in an additional 10% and go for the much bigger (and better?) Toyota Innova.
Lastly, the new car in town - the Enjoy. I liked the style here. On size, it is bigger than the Ertiga and slightly smaller than the Evalia. The Enjoy Diesel is a real treat to drive. I enjoyed it so much and it almost drives like a petrol car. On pricing, the Chevrolet is hard to beat. It is the cheapest car here and at Rs. 9.7 Lacs (Mumbai - on road), it is very good value. The space is just right and except for the access to the third row seats and small (R14) tires, the car is excellent in every other department.
Overall, I would rate the Chevrolet Enjoy at the first postion, the Ertiga next and Evalia as the tail ender.

Exterior Good no issues at all.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) 100/100 if u are a family of 7 or even 8 the car takes all with ease without any complaints.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I drove 900 kms pune to jalgaon same day from morning 6 till night 0000 hrs - didnt face any issues at all.
Ride Quality & Handling You feel safe and comfortable - not a car to be taken at speeds higher than 100-110 kphr.
Final Words Its value for money if u are looking out for a good family car- unlike ertiga and all other so called MPVs to get safety u need to pay extra (much much more) u cannot sit in the 3rd seat in any other vehicle. You CAN comfortably in Enjoy.
Areas of improvement Maybe fuel economy? and ESC feature if they introduce at say 25k more..this will be the best buy!
Interiors- I found no issues wth that.

Look and Style : Looks of a sedan eventhough an MPV. The headlight style adds to the front looks and
adds to the style.
Comfort : I have driven the ENJOY for more than 2000 kms in 2 months and found it quite comfortable . The ride quality is quite good even with all the seats occupied. The suspensions are good .There is huge space inside. The second row captain seats adds to the comfort of the passengers . Three adults can comfortably occupy the 3rd row seats. I was able to keep 2 suitcases with 2 handbags in the boot space without folding the 3rd seat. This is a huge plus, comparerd to other MPVs/MUVs. Separate AC controls for back seat passengers also adds to the comfort.
Pickup : Pickup is acceptable compared to its size as it is not a sprint car.
Mileage : I have got a mileage of 16 with AC.
Best Features: Huge inside space, separate AC controls for back seat passengers.
Needs to improve :Third row seats require more thigh support for comfortable long drives.
Overall Experience : Excellent.
