Aveo 1.4 the full experience

Aveo 1.4 Base model (now driven 9000kms in Bangalore and highways)-

what I liked, off course, were the looks, interiors and the smooth and silent drive which all other reviews also do mention. Fuel is 11.5 without A/C and 10 with A/C in bangalore.

And Here is what I am not enjoying. 

(GMs team did a checkup and informed we that everything is as it was meant to be. Hence - The feelings are entirely my own.)

1. very sluggish pickup - can easily get licked by any othe car of similar range or lower. Performance is poorer on even slight climbs.

2. Poor A/C.
While I have been told it takes upto 30 mins to cool - I have driven 6 hrs at a stretch on highways and even then did not find it satisfactory - (Bangalore - Coorg).

3. Hard steering. Feels very hard to turn.

4. Very poor service network. No on road service, poor availability of parts.

Only one service point in the heart of city (20km), cannot even take a test drive. for body and chassis related work have to go to another depot 10+ km away. Dates for service given after 3 weeks. Saturday 1/2 day not open on Sunday. No on road service . (I was stuck after hitting a divider and wanted a make shift job - the only response was that the vehicle will have to be towed & Rs1600 to be paid in advance - I eventually drove down the car in that state). The spare was not available and would take minimum 5 days to procure. If on opening some further spares are required - ?

5. Poor headlight strength - I am informed this is standard. I am finding is inconvenient and worse when taking turns
